I've slowly began to realize over the last couple of weeks that this division is the Yankees anyway, and the fact that football is back for the G-men tomorrow and the Mets sweep made this easier... Most Mets' fans second favorite team is the Red Sox. Why? Because we hate the Yankees and they are the only legitimate threat that can stop the Yanks from getting into the playoffs. I don't consider myself a part of Red Sox nation but I do root for them when I watch gameday.

mickeef2
Have your fun now, Yankee fans. Try using a little common sense, Plow. I didn't say anything until Yankee fans, who just lost two of three to a team they figure to see again, and Met fans, who lead the Minor League and played miserably against the Majors, piped up. Make sense? I thought so. Okay, now you can go back to being a dimwit.
