In the upper left hand corner of the reply box there is a button that switches between 'rich text' and normal. I also think it depends on which browser people use. I know 'all' and a few others were copying text from web pages on the old board and it looked just like the web page on here. I thought it was a Chrome thing, but I think I'm wrong about that.
