JackStroud Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Thoughout giants history they have made lousy front runners The fall off after Plaxico shot himself could not have been all him I suspect Coughlin is losing his sway a bit With Spags gone things could get ugly quick this year
RandolphScott Posted February 24, 2009 Posted February 24, 2009 Yeah because it's just soooo easy to change your offensive identity in December.

Only a retard would want to get rid of a coach who has taken this team to 4 straight playoff appearances avoided the superbowl hangover by starting 11-1. Plax screwed the team I'll give you that but quit it with the nonsense. As far as losing Spags, it sucks but we have a top 5 defense a top 5 corner, an emerging corner in Terrell Thomas, an emerging stud safety, we are getting our best pass rusher back from injury and we will strengthen our linebacking core.

It's Copernicus.
JackStroud Posted February 24, 2009 Author Posted February 24, 2009 there had to be a reason the wheels came off and I dont think it was Plaxico alone all year long we heard how we had the best team in the NFL.......then the roof caved in I'm looking for answers not critcizing Coughlin the usual suspects in such a demise are 1- injures 2- The QB 3- the coaches Frankly I was horrified at how fast our level of play fell off towards the end

Good job Jack, up to par.
JackStroud Posted February 26, 2009 Author Posted February 26, 2009 This thread is full of fail and trolling. Good job Jack, up to par. I'm no cheerleader when things go bad I would like them fixed and I do not see Coughlin surviving without Spags. Thinking back I think the team threw in the towel when they realized Spags had his bags packed This reminds me of "John Fox leaves Jim Fassel exposed" all over again Fassel could not find his rear with both hands once Peyton and Fox departed....he was clueless Remember Coughlin was all set to get his ticket punched the year before he hired Spags
Mr. P Posted February 26, 2009 Posted February 26, 2009 coughlin got to the playoffs two years in a row with tim lewis tim lewis
