Teams that make it to the Super Bowl are typically pretty healthy. If this keeps up we're not making a run at it. It would have been nice to see the Giants in person down here.

I am nervous now. Mitre probably won't get a Playoff start and Boston's rotation is coming together. Joba has mysteriously lost 5 to 9 MPH off his fastball and AJ has straight up sucked for a while now. The Phillies who we might see in the World Series has a solid rotation that's better than Boston's. Our offense can beat anyone, but now they're starting to look like the one and done teams from '05-'07 all offense, no pitching. The only difference is that the Yankees play much better defense this season than those ALDS loser teams. As it stands I have no confidence in the Yankees beating the Angels in the playoffs, thank god the Red Sox will play them and hopefully beat them. The Red Sox have a losing road record and we should be able to beat them in the ALCS. 2004 isn't going to repeat itself.

I think it's Jacobs, Boss and Hixon in order of likeliness.

I don't trust him coming back from another major injury. He's proven he can't handle that. Well, we're stuck with him for next year at least.

All of our starters are either sucking or just okay. I don't think they're just going to pitch out of it and somebody has to be held responsible for how bad of a job they've been doing. Maybe it's not the best move, but it will be satisfying. I haven't seen great results since he got promoted.

Has been a long time. This team is playing consistent good baseball and it seems they're going to get healthier. Girardi is handling the bullpen better than at the start of this season. I think they have the talent to win a world series, I just hope the pinstripes don't weigh them down.
