<Mar. 29> Although Arrington's financial demands remain a sticking point, the Jaguars haven't ruled out signing the free-agent linebacker, The Florida Times-Union reports.
"We had a great discussion about what I thought we could do to best utilize his talents," said Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio, who met with Arrington last weekend. "I think he's got other teams that are interested, and he's looking at all his options."
Arrington is reportedly looking for a contract in the neighborhood of what LB Julian Peterson received from Seattle (seven years, $54 million). The Dolphins, who are in the process of arranging a second meeting with Arrington, are hopeful Arrington will lower his asking price for the opportunity to play in Nick Saban's favorable defensive scheme, according to the Miami Herald.
The Giants and Bengals are also believed to be in the running for Arrington.
