BTw, I don't bash every pick, cut, or every other thing the Giants do. I admit I bashed Awful Accorsi, Toxic Tom and Mara/Tisch with good reasons. The record of the Giants supports these negative comments by me.

My answer: Big Ben who won a Super Bowl and the 1st round pick we gave away for Elisha. As far as bashing goes, what has he done for the Giants that merits great praise?

11 rounds have been completed and so far, every team used all the time alloted. Not one trade of picks was made. Why is it taking so long to make a decision by these clubs? Are their draft boards so poorly designed that they are unable to make a decision based on whom is left? I think that perhaps, the NFL Commissioner has instructed them to use all the time so that the league gets maximum exposure on tv. I'll bet any member on this board would be able to make an intelligent decision on a pick in a lot less time.

Mel says that there are 3 qualifications used to judge a qb. They are: 1-Aptitude, 2-Leadership. 3-Accuracy. If we used these factors to rate Elisha now (as they should have been used by Awful Accorsi when he made the trade for him), what rateing would you give him. (0-useless to 10-greatest ever). Here the numbers I give him. Apititude = 5, Leadership=4. Accuracy=5. In other words, he is only an average player and useful only as a "back-up". Will you other members please give your opinion. Tags, I will give Toxic Tom credit for improving the way Tiki carried the ball. As far as I am concerned that is the only positive thing he did for the Giants. Look at the recent record. No Conference championships. long losing streaks during the season, inability to change/improve the game plans of both his OC & DC, inability to inspire players or gain their respect. He is just a clueless and inadequate head cosch who should have been tossed into the garbage (where he belongs) at the end of last season. You would be a far better head coach than him.

Great point. Lewis the Loser never understood how defense should be played and consequently players were not used correctly and the game plan sucked. While a lot of blame rests on the Losers shoulders, let's all remember that he was hired and kept in that position by Dictator Tom. Neither of them can inspire players. In fact, neither of these jerk-offs could teach a bird to fly or a fish to swim. Since Toxic Tom is still the head coach, I don't really expect great improvement this year. Mara & Tisch keep him and that shows how much they care about winning. As long as their bank accounts are not effected, they won't make needed changes.

Let's not forget that the Giants had a very good kick returner, Willie Ponder, until Dictator Tom, the brainless head coach refused to play him and let him go. Since Toxic (harmful, destructive, poisonous) Tom remains as our head coach, I don't expect us to get anywhere near the Conference championship, much less the Super Bowl. As I have said before, in other posts, Mara & Tisch only care about their bank accounts, not winning. If they really wanted to win, they would have thrown this clueless head coach into the garbage (where he belongs) at the end of last season instead of giving him a contract extension.

Look at the history of the gm's the Giants have had. There was Young, then Awful Accorsi and now: No experience Reese. Let's all face the truth, the owners of the Giants don't care about winning or the fans. The stadium is sold out for the next 30 years so they make tons of money no matter what happens to the team. We mean nothing to them and all they care about is increasing their bank accounts. Ticket prices were raised by them again this year.

All the information you could want is on their web site, The New York State Museum. This is a really great museum and I, some years ago took my children to it. Both they and I learned a lot and enjoyed this museum. It was originally started in 1836 and has operated continuosly since then. Another plus, admission is free and there is ample parking.

Nas, the New York State museum is there and it is a really good place to visit. My brother who has lived in the area for over 30 years has always taken his grandchildren there and they alway enjoyed it. I visited it and also found it to be both educational as well as enjoyable. I recommend it.

I just hope that in a year from now (just before the 2008 draft) we will not be debating our #2 or #3 first round draft pick. I remind the critics of Tiki that in this country we have freedom of speech. Without it, you would not be able to be critics. He is saying what needs to be said because the management of the Giants is as dumb as a bucket of rocks. They keep Dictator Tom who cannot inspire players and has such a terrible reputation as a leader that he can't attract qualified assistant coaches. Last year we had stupid Huffnagle and Loser Lewis because no one else wanted to be part of an organization that was lead by a dumb dictator. Let's also remember that Tom, after playing college football, never was drafted by a pro team or played one second in the pros. That speaks volumes about his personal abilities and possibly why he is critical of good professional players. The Giants will never make it to the Super Bowl so long as Classless Coughlin is with them.

On the other hand, he did not say anything intelligent either. Bringing Adolf up is ironic because Coughlin's main problem is that he cannot inspire others because he is a dictator who thinks he knows everything and actually knows very little. For example, he could not and still can't attract assistant coaches with good abilities. He has pro-bowl players call him out in public because of his failures. You don't see those events happening to head coaches like the ones with the Steelers, Patriots, Colts because these coaches know how to coach.

Given that he is coming off a major injury and maybe has lost a step, there is nobody on the team or in the draft that is as good as he is. As a long time Giant fan, I hate to agree with you, but I do. The Giants cannot win when the coaching staff, has shit for brains. The HC won't (can't) step in and change the calls by his inept assistants are not working. Our qb, with his weak arm, lack of mobility, proper decision making and below average mechanics cannot lead us to a victory.

The ownership of the Giants cares only for their bank accounts. As long as the stadium is sold out for every game and the list of people wanting season tickets is years long, they will do nothing to give the fans a super bowl winning team. They will employ, as GM's, individuals who have shit for brains and they with the GM, employ coaches that could not effectively coach a JV team of a small high school.
