A much better 2nd half , much more open , end to end stuff , overall a good result for QPR , Harry had them well organised. I was impressed with them in defence. Charlie Austin was excellent too. Fortune should perhaps have got that goal for Wigan but I think that a draw was the fair result. JR - You should prevail at Loftus Road on Mon I think

to be honest ........our D has been very poor recently. we have let in 9 goals in the last 4 games at a crucial part of the season. ( we have also let in 14 goals in the last 8 games ) That is not a defence that is worthy of winning the Premiership title....is it ! I am very happy that we are in the Champions League next season.......but we have let an opportunity slip away ( literally slip in Gerrard's case ). I cant see Man City making a mess of it from here ( and they were my pick back in Aug I suppose ) I didn't see the Utd game v Sunderland .........but it sounded like yet another woeful performance at Old Trafford. As for the playoffs JR - QPR are my pick for promotion. The momentum is with you.

JR - I now live in East Yorkshire , ( only 21 miles from Hull ) They are my local team ....a lot of my good friends are " Tigers " I was born in Liverpool and will always support Liverpool.....but obviously I have some warmth for the Hull boys ( they were in Div 3 when I moved here 15 years ago ) ......it would be a hell of a story if they could lift the FA Cup. regards UK

Hi guys , been on holiday for a week ( blissfully away from all internet connections - quite refreshing actually ) I feel sorry for Moyes , but I suppose he had to go in the end . Utd cant risk another season like this one or another calamity in the Summer transfer market. I hope that Klopp gets the Utd job ........he certainly has the charisma needed for the task. ( even though he appears to have ruled himself out .....he might be persuaded ) Way way too soon for Giggs to be considered. Liverpool look like they really might do it ( especially with Chelsea and City gifting them points all over the place recently ). It all boils down to the game at Anfield on Sunday....and we are seriously pumped right now. You couldn't have written the script for this season ! PS .....I really really want Hull to win the FA cup ( sorry DG )

Wow ...what a game .....I thought we were going to lose it mid way through the second half when City came back strongly. The goal by Coutinho changed everything. ( totally against the run of play ) We were fortunate I think .....a draw would have been the fair result. Suarez was lucky to stay on the pitch and should have been sent off for that dive ( with a second yellow ) Shame we lost Henderson ....we will miss him for 3 vital games. My nerves are shredded.

To be honest JR , QPR are better than Reading and Wigan I believe. I think it is between you and Derby in the battle for the 3rd promotion spot. You guys seem to have overcome that poor spell of midseason ( Feb ) form. Redknap knows how to get you up from here ! The Liverpool v Man City game at Anfield on Sun will be our biggest game since May 2005 when we beat Inter to win the Champions League. Im trying to get tickets , but I just cant get one at a decent price ( I was offered one for £800 yesterday ). Liverpool were a bit tight away at West Ham on Sun ( but a win is a win as they say ). My gut says this game will be a 1-1 draw , but who knows. I haven't really got it into my head that we can actually win the Premiership yet ....it is a massive surprise to even be in this position ! Boo - Man U suddenly look like a good football team .......too late ? ( or is there a shock coming in the second leg in Germany ). As for Arsenal DG - what a terrible collapse. Man U played well .....and I thought that Bayern were poor on the night. Very poor in the last 3rd of the field when in attack. Moyes had a decent game plan and he got men behind the ball in defence all night long. ( even Rio and Vidic played well for once ! ) The 2nd leg could be interesting ( especially without Schweinsteiger ) ......but I think Man U will have to score 2 goals to go through in Germany. Shame that Welbeck couldn't score with that gift in the 1st half.
