In third place according to NFL.com 0-2 in Non-conference games, Redskins have the win over Philly so their in first, Eagles only have one loss in non-conference games. So Skins, Eagles, Giants, Cowboys. Wont be that way for long though if our D keeps playing this way.

You know as much as I think BJ is just a decent RB, he did have one of the biggest 4th and 1 conversions of his career in the SB which was over shadowed by Eli to Tyree pitch and catch. He was hit in the backfield and pushed/fell forward for the first down. Not saying that because of it I'm giving him a pass for last season and this season, but without that pickup the Giants have no third SB win. Edit. It's not like the Giants didnt get away with any calls, watch Bradshaw 10 yard TD run, Super Mario was clearly holding which should of negated the TD.

I said this in the gameday thread, 3/4 of the time the returner has at least two of the other colored jerseys around him as soon as he catches the ball on punt returns. I don't see how anyone is suppose to run with the "lanes" the Giants open up, it's usually just a clump of blue being forced backwards into our return man. Our kickoff return game is no better as well, how many times do we see someone unblocked get a clear shot at Reynaud? I'm not saying Reynaud is Devin Hester but I don't think Deion Sanders would be able to get five yards with how our guys set up blocks.

After last nights hissy fit and the Colts game where he threw his helmet into the stands, he's shown himself to the league and I doubt anyone would offer more then a 5th round pick for him.

So after one year and change from a 3-4 OLB to a traditional 4-3 ILB and your going to label him a disappointment? Anyways I do agree though this game is on the players, like Joe said Peter King has reported that Coughling and staff told the Giants to be cautious of the Titans and their a team that will try to push you as much as they can. The players are at fault for what they did, I don't see how Coughlin was suppose to stop Diehl from ripping a guys helmet off or pull McKenzie when the game was still very much in reach. Our players let the other team get under their skin and it was a large part of why we lost the game, along with the turnovers and ST play. Great coaching and gameplan during the Titans game, it was the players that lost it.

When have you seen this though? Dont talk about that one video of Peyton exploding on his O-line because Peyton was at fault for that one. Peyton calling three straight passes in the endzone then yelling at his line who are asking for a run play, they hey guess what when they do run they get in. Honestly what more encouragement then winning a game is needed?

The only thing about this "I want a fiery QB" only works if the QB has been that way since he's stepped on the field. We drafted a calm field general who from day one has had the same attitude and what his teammates have respected. Honestly what can a QB say to make a grown man getting paid millions to make him play better? "Hey you play better or else your not sitting next to me on the bus, you dick" At the end of the day McKenzie gets his paycheck and I'm pretty sure that matters more to him then those two PF calls.

Is it just me or is Smith abit not out there anymore? Or are teams putting more coverage his way? Just seems like we only see him catch one or two passes a game where as last season it would be six or seven?

I'd rather have JPP out there instead of Osi, atleast he would be getting some experience.

I'd put Super Mario and KP in there as well. I don't know what happened between last season and this one but Super Mario has been fucking great for us, KP has played at a high level even after his knee surgery.
