gmenroc Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Giants win...okay, whatevs. Pats win...okay, whatevs.
TaylorBanksCarsonVanPelt Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 This... NEXT YEAR...and the YEAR AFTER THAT... are my mantras. I just want this year over with... hopefully this is the end of their little win streak. Just tank already.
Dragon Posted November 28, 2023 Posted November 28, 2023 Can't fault Tommy Devito for seizing his Eminem moment (one shot or one opportunity), but unless this guy becomes the next Brock Purdy the schedule isn't gonna be easy enough for us to keep winning.
TaylorBanksCarsonVanPelt Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Yup Dragon. He has at best... career back up written all over him.
BronxRik Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Nobody expected the kid to play. He showed a flash in the pre-season and everyone was on board. So whatever happens here on out, good for him. After the bye he should keep playing. Green Bay and New Orleans are winnable, even with this roster. (BTW, does anyone else notice that, this season, teams are either terrific, or they blow balls like us). Anyway, if Tyrod is good to go he should still sit out. Let Devito start the rest of the season. Best/worst we'll end up 6-11 with or without Tyrod. The kid's got a little juice, a little attention right now, let him have a couple of wins as Philly and L.A are going to destroy us anyway. Give him his 2 minutes of glory.

This and yes... someone inevitably will be willing to trade down if QB is the route we're gonna go and we need to move up to grab someone.
gmenroc Posted November 29, 2023 Author Posted November 29, 2023 No doubt DeVito should start rest of the way.
