I know UK and I really understand where you are coming from.... I have been through too many rebuilds already.  Why can't just be like those Patriot hogs and be in the playoffs 9 years out of 10.... just about every decade.  Instead of at the top and then the bottom.  It is what happens in the City region in just about every sport.  We fill the seats despite records which has to stop...ACROSS THE BOARD... in every sport.  They just need a complete rebuild and stop buying elements of Belichick's success and just bite the bullet and go with Belichick or some proven winner.  Get a real head of football operations with real power and just stay out of it.

This is so corporate rich guy stupid.  This is just as bad as Davis' with the clusterfuck of the Raiders.  Too many activist owners who think they are Branch Rickey with the 50's Dodgers and Jackie Robinson, instead of some "lucky" inheritance dope who should just hire real well respected football people and just collect the money, respect, prestige and pay the salaries.  As long as people in the region keep giving these assholes money we will be in this predicament. 

Look at how the Knicks wasted Patrick Ewing instead of giving him a real consistent second and third options.  Even Kareem needed Magic and the rest of the crew.  The year of the singular big man is so 1960's it is not funny.  However, with Drumpf we did see that with asshole early Boomers this nostalgia about the 1950's through 1960's that never really were.  They overdosed on make believe bullshit like Father Knows Best to Leave It To Beaver.  Fantasy middleclass suburbia instead of the real thing.  That is what these rich inheritance babies like Mara actually believe mainly because they were the one in a million to actually live that way.
