torn084
Ensburg is a tough pick, but in my votes he is the 4th best in the 3rd base ballot... Wright Cabrera Rolen Ensberg u know, I was talking to one of my friend met fanatics and he said almost the same thing. To tell the rturh, I forgot about Wright when I voted. I think it could go either way though. Wright- .336 13 HR 47 RBI Ensberg- .256 18 HR 39 RBI he's been slumping lately though' Cabrera- .338 9 HR 43 RBI Rolen- .358 8 HR 43 RBI Cabrera and Rolen are having almost identical seasons. Ensburg has been the most powerful, and Wright the most clutch. It really could go either way, but when I vote again, Wright gets the nod

Hefner out and Teixiera in at 1B Tejada out and Jeter in at SS Hernandez out as catcher and Pierzinski in 3rd base, A-Rod will grow a set of balls by then, so pick him over Blalock OF is tough, and I can't write off any of your picks, but Suzuki has to be added. Lopez out at 2nd. Robinson Cano in. Teixiera? His average is under .280 and he has 6 or 7 homeruns! Have you seen Hafner play at all this year? He's been the most clutch 1B I have seen this year. You didn't even give a reason why Cano should be picked over Lopez, which he shouldn't. A case of you wearing yankee horse blinders. Jeter over Tejada, who knows. The vote will go to Jeter because of the fan percentage and the fact NY has more voters than Maryland. A-Rod? And Hernandez is one of the great hitting catchers in the AL and is solid defensively, and there is no way you pick Pierzensky over him or one guy who is leading the AL in hitting, JOE MAUER. So just say what you really want... C- Posada 1B- Giambi 2B- Cano 3B- A Rod SS- Jeter OF- Damon OF- Melky OF- Bernie

Lopez out at 2nd. Robinson Cano in. texeira comes nowhere near the all star game. He has like 9 HR. Thome, Hafner, and Ortiz have over 20. Pierzynski has like 4 HR. Ramon is near 15. AJ maybe better defensively, but the All star game is not about defense. Jose Lopez- 9 HR 53 RBI Robinson Cano- 6 HR 30 RBI (im noot positive on thses stats cuz my internet is having some problems) Vlad, Rios, and Wells are having monster seasons. Lopez out at 2nd. Robinson Cano in. As much as I would love to agree with your pick of Tex, he hasn't deserved the all star game yet this season. Don't get me wrong, he's doing a good job but his power is way down, and thats what i look at in first basemen. He's batting 280+, 8 HR's, more than 25 doubles and over 40 RBI's. his power will pick up, but as of now Hafner deserves it. 9Yes I fucked up with the H's and voted for Hillenbrand At short, it's a toss up between Young, Jeter and Tejada, any of those 3 deserve it, I prefer Young obviously, but you could pick 1 of those 3 names from a hat and have a man that deserves to be this years all star. Blalock is batting almost 20 points higher than Arod and is not far behind him in hr's. I wanted to vote for Suzuki, all he hits are singles, i love the guy, but Mathews, Wells and Manny deserve it more.

Virginia Giant
Gary Matthews JR is not your homer pick? Mathews deserves it, sriously this guy has been great the last couple months. I watch every rangers game (unless I'm at work) so I see alot of him, but he's been unbelievable, seems like he's always hitting a double or running down a deep fly ball.
