Herc Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 i can't believe people would be opposed to getting francis and garnett for mo taylor, jamal crawford, frye and hardaway. it boggles my mind. garnett hates to shoot, he loves deferring to other players, he's one of the best possible elite players that you could put on a team with two gunners like francis and marbury and still have a chance at having chemistry. BTW, Crawford is NOT more athletic than Francis and he is not a better shooter (43% vs. 40%). Plus Francis is 29 and Crawford is 25, who cares how old they will be 3 or 4 years from now, they'll both be on different teams. Other than those few points, this is a great post. I hate Crawford, I hate Francis and I hate Thomas. While I understand your point about youth and $$$, the Knicks are so far over the cap a few extra bucks don't mean shit.
