The gestures and all the verbiage is setting blocking assignments and I think we all agree that's important! Sometimes it's also changing the play - and more times than not Eli makes the proper adjustment. In both cases, it's stuff they can't know until they see the defensive set and personnel, so I understand the necessity.......but get to the GD line sooner and give yourself more time!!! Sometimes they don't get up there until there's less than 10 seconds left on the play clock and the sense of urgency doesn't seem to be there until they're down to 5 seconds!
