CrazedDogs Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Reminds me of some of the guys on the 2000 offensive line, McKenzie wasn't exactly bad but we could see he was fading... better to cut him loose a year early than a year late, a lesson the Giants hadn't learned going into the 2001 season. Sephiroth Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 I wouldn't call McKenzie done, but he's definitely done at what he was getting paid. He could hold the fort for someone (not us) for a year or two at a much lower cap hit than what he had last year, but that's about it in my opinion. Yeah that's probably a better assessment actually.
