I listened to Coughlin talk about it at length on the Francesca show. TC said that SF averages 45 yards per scoring drive. Think about it. Tynes MUST be on his game tonight, or else. If we let them return kicks to the 35, 40, 45 yard line....or if there are any illegal procedures, we're fucked. Same with Weatherford. We need our punter and kicker to be on point all game long. It sounds like I'm stating the obvious, but this is where SF could really hurt you. I pray that Alex Smith starts every drive from his own 5, 10 yard line tonight. He's no Eli when it comes to throwing to the sidelines. He depends on timing routes in the seam. Take the middle away, we'll win field position.
