If I remember he was actually quite good and even made one pro bowl. I'd call Kareem McKenzie an average tackle too, and he's on par with Runyon (or at least he was in years past, he's looked really slow and out of shape this year). Average means you're right in the middle of the pack talent wise. Maybe I should have said depends on how big your 'middle of the pack' is. I always thought Runyon was way overrated, middle of the pack, but maybe that's just me.
