Mr. P
So ESPN just had some receivers' 40 times on Sportscenter: Darrius Heyward-Bey 4.26/4.27 Deon Butler 4.29 (twice) Johnny Knox(ville) 4.30 Percy Harvin 4.32 Jeremy Maclin 4.37 Demetrius Byrd 4.39 And apparently Maclin hurt himself in a passing drill when he was adjusting to a poorly thrown ball. According to McShay anyway Mayock said he had Britt at 4.49 and 4.51 so he averaged him out to 4.50 Nicks averaged out to 4.50 also with good size. louis murphy 4.33 for a 6'3 guy. as a giants fan id rather have britt or nicks. i dont want tim carter syndrome again. thats if we draft a WR early

BurnThePhilFans
Its starting to look like if we are going to get Britt like so many people here want, we will have to grab him in the first. His stock is rising.
Bigblue25
Maclin definently falls out of the 1st round which i had anyway. Harvin probably falls too, Harvin also has a history of injury and not great ball skills which will drop him even though McShay has both of them going in the top fucking fifteen guy is the worst. Mr. P
maclin certainly isnt falling out of the first and britt certainly not to the bottom of the 2nd he already wasnt going to be past our 1st 2nd rounder and he only helped himself today

Hakeem Nicks was flying up draft boards even before the combine i would rate Nicks has the #2 reciever right now
xxi-xxv
Heyward-Bey is really making a serious move with his combine numbers but for some reason I cannot explain I like Nicks best. I like what I saw from him in that Butch Davis pro offense at NC and his bowl game performance was huge. He is strong and can get off the line of scrimmage. He may not be as fast as some of the other guys, but his speed is adequate and in reality we have enough fast guys(Hixon, Moss) who struggle at the line with the jam. I am a big fan of Nicks, but what scares me is that Kiper compared him to another Michael Irvin which means he is more likely to be the next Odessa Turner. Allstarjim
I really like Britt. The fact that he did 23 reps on the bench and runs a 4.5 40... I think this guy could be a the best PRO WR in the draft, even better than Crabtree. I want Britt!

And there is no way a guy with his production gets to the end of the second round. We'll be lucky if he is available with the NO 2nd round pick.
