Either way, we need to find away to keep Spags on this team. Make him an assstant coach and give him a super rise...

He's already the highest paid Coordinator in the league.

JMFP
Let's say we repeat this year.. Does Coughlin Retire? If So do we promote Spagnolo? I'd say yes and yes. After last season, I can only wonder what Mara/Tisch promised to Spags for blowing off Snyder. I can't help but think that Coughlin has a job in Giant football forever after beating Belichick....once he's done coaching, he likely to be offered some sort of front office job, and then Spags will get his HC shot. Mara/Tisch still regret letting Fox get away....no way will they let Spags go after what he's done with this defense. He's got to know that the only thing he needs to do is remain patient....anywhere else, he's just another coach, one losing season away from the proverbial hotseat. Lubeck
I don't think Coughlin will retire even if they repeat. He loves coaching. I hope if they repeat they promote Spags to Assistant Head Coach so long as that doesn't bother Coughlin.
