Taylorized56 Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 via rotoworld The San Francisco Chronicle confirms that the Raiders are actively shopping CB Fabian Washington. If Washington hadn't lost his confidence and job to Stanford Routt in 2007 and been accused of domestic battery in February, his value would be a lot higher. As is, Oakland shouldn't be asking for more than a third-round pick. I don't know much about him, though he did lose his starting job he's a young cb who could get better with some good coaching from Spags and Peter Giunta. Thoughts?
NeMesiS Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Even though he is one of the fastest players in the NFL, I don't think he fits with our style of defense. He need to be more physical... Plus, I think a third round draft pick is to high for a guy who was about to lose his starting last year.
Taylorized56 Posted March 20, 2008 Author Posted March 20, 2008 Yeah, I thought a 3rd might be a bit pricey too, if they took a 5th or 6th though maybe it wouldn't be that bad?
JayD Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Dont need him. Web and Ross will be great this year.
Sephiroth Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 A guy I never heard of who lost his job to a guy I never heard of. AND he has a domestic battery charge against him? No thanks.
