osi724dasack
FS OPTIONS Robert Griffith...could help at FS good vet (brent alexander type) Tebucky Jones...good vet maybe worth a look at FS Terrence Kiel..a younger solution at FS Tony Parrish...a very good safety, should def sign him, was in probowl form 4 years ago...but has been injured of late, but will def be an upgrade if hes healthy to play. Lance Shulters...better than Butler others include...Shaun Williams, Troy Vincent, and Tank Williams Brandon Short anyone? for LB?

feefifoefum
Shaun Williams??? Same guy we had 5 years ago? Big hitter from UCLA but lacked cover skills??? He'll fit right in, except maybe he'll actually tackle someone once in awhile.

boohyah
y? he was a good S when he was able to stay healthy He wasn't that good at all. He was terrible in coverage, and wasn't a good tackler. That's not good for a safety. Butler got one game as a starter, he shouldn't be judged on one game. Froma what I saw Shaun was a very good tackler, a good hitter, athletic, and yes coverage wasnt his best attribute, but he wasnt lost out there 100% of the time like Butler is
Lubeck
How about we let these guys play more than one game? Hmmm? Sound like an idea?

Then Johnny Lynn and the injuries set in.

RandolphScott
He was never even close to pro bowl level. Sure he was in 2000. That was his best year under John Fox. 2000 NYG 68 17 0 4 0 1 12 3 52

RandolphScott
I'm not saying Williams was better than sliced bread, but I would rather have him in the secondary than James Butler who looks lost out there.
