  1. Hopefully, those are the 2 that fight for the win later, that would be a fun battle to watch. Ofcourse add Martin in there.
  2. Wish I would have started cooking 20 minuites earlier, listenting to it on the kitchen radio though, and steeling glances at the TV every couple minuites.
  3. Dude, it was so pretty here yesterday if the wind would have stopped, I wanted to have a BBQ but it was just too damned windy. I can't wait for June when I can cook outside again. lol
  4. Just Nascar trying to appeal to hippies, fucking Jewel at a nascar race? I didn't even know she still sang.
  5. Ya'll hear about Carl Edwards Busch car transporter getting into a head on collision last night? Apparently, some guy in his car was driving without his lights on and hit the 18 wheeler head on and died. Just heard it on the radio.
  6. BTW, GB gave everyone a little preview in the Busch race, stay tuned, more to come.
  7. Hmm, your such a rebel. Will there be any beer involved with that soup?
  8. Got some huge burgers from Cosco, nice jumbo shrimp. Wish I had curely fries, but I guess the regular fries will work.
  9. I see your point, and no I wouldn't do that and I doubt anyone else here would. but if we are all online at the same time, which is the only way to makre this work. everyone would see who everyone picked as they happen.
  10. Cordero to miss classic. Tex and Young won't ptressure Clemens Wilkerson leads powerfull Rangers
  11. Dellucci passes on WBC Dominguez finds focus Arias makes big impression. This is a tough situation. Young is making a serious bid to become the best complete SS in baseball and Kinsler is a very talented 2b who should be the starter opening day. Unless this guy wants to spend the next 8 or 9 years as a minor leaguer or back up, he's gonna have to learn a new position or he's gonna be traded. Hicks optomistic about season. Cordero fighting twinge
  12. Simple, we agree on a draft order and everyone picks their players by posting in a designated thread. ofcourse we will all have to keep records of the draft to know who is availabe and who isn't, and then the league manager will enter the teams into the web site we have the league on.
  13. You really can't go wrong with either driver at that track. but from what I know of my boy, he dominates mid length tracks, Cali, Michigan, Texas, etc. Look at the schedule and find tracks in the 1.5 to 2 mile range, those are Biffles specialty, if there are alot of those type tracks after week 12 and not so many before week 12, pick Biffle this week, if there are alot of those tracks before week 12 and not so many after, pick Gordon.. Also, when Brostol get here, Gordon does well there also, but alot of experts are saying Biffle will be strong there this year.
  14. Yeah the season sig bet started last week, he was talking about the weekly sig bets. I dunno if everyone has agreed to them. basically, if I have this right, the top place finisher each week gets to pick the sig of the last place each week according to how they finish in that weeks race.
  15. I think having a live draft on here is cool. Basically, we would each pickm our players here right? But we need more than just 4 or 5 teams.
  16. No by all means go ahead, it's nice to see other names besides mine in here.
  17. Not taking anything away from Pujols, but Teixeira had more hr's and rbi's than AP last season, although Albert had a much better average.
  18. Well, you did pick him first and if Morgan said he never said he was in it than you have JJ. BTW, I would start the sig bets next week.
  19. I agree, if he's running open, meaning with no restrictor plate, he's very average yet the media treats him as if he were the second coming of the Intimidator. Not that I'm sore or anything, but Biffle made a damned good run at being the first driver to EVER win a championship in the Truck, Busch, and Nextel series' yet you rarely hear his name compared to Jr. Or even Stewart, who could win in a Tonka truck with a rubber band motor doesn't get the media attention as Jr (until this year). There are some damned good drivers not getting the respect they deserve, yet the media wants to blow Jr and Gordon, but at least (God I hate saying this), but at least Gordon has earned his hype.
  20. All bias aside, but Biffle is a must pick for California, I think he's won the last 2 races there.
