In 4 years as GM, Gettleman drafted 5 offensive linemen. One was a guy who never saw the field. He ignored it in 2021 and felt we had enough, fucking trading down for a specialist, skipping Rashawn Slater in the process (not to mention Parsons).
Schoen has addressed the line more in 2 years than Gettleman. He took Neal at 7, which was the guy we should have picked because he was rated by everyone that high. He would have been gone by 10 at worst.
Now if Neal and Ezeudu struggle this entire year, like I said you can start considering changes and I'm sure they will. It will be easy enough move Neal inside for the next 2 years and see if he's worth keeping after that.
