WTF? I dont think Wink is going anywhere. With this shit roster, if anything Wink is getting the max out of this defense. Banks stats dont look that great in the last few weeks since he has been covering the WR1 - but i think thats the best thing to happen to Banks. Its not been great - but its not been Eli Apple bad either. If Wink doesnt get a HC gig, I think he is retained. Get Kafka outta here and I think Dorsey already has a foot in the door for the OC position.

  2. I wont even call this a season - ill call this a blip. This team has been an absolute embarrassment and a laughing stock of the entire league. Even the Bears and Cards (who currently have worse records) have shown a semblance of a fight. Like.....something. This team is showing absolutely nothing - NOTHING - on offense. Saquon is still running hard behind this non-existent OL in a totally lost cause of a season. Might as well shut him down and preserve him for next season. They finally managed to kill DJ. The only thing Im hoping for right now is for the Bears, Panthers, Cards to win a couple games and for us to tank like nobody's business.

  3. Just take a look at these pieces of shit journalists interviewing DJ after his torn ACL - like not even a shred of dignity. The guy just tore his ACL and is out for the season and these assholes were asking him, looks like the Giants will draft a QB high in the next draft and does this mean this is the end for you? This is why Ive always felt DJ is all class - he still answered those questions like a gentleman. I hold him and high regard and hope he has a successful career ahead.

The organizations (Maras and Tisch's) really owe Daniel Jones and Saquon Barkley an apology for ruining their careers, most notably with putrid OL's year after year. Imagine if these two were on competent franchises, and what they could have done elsewhere.

At least to this point for these two, who may go on to do great things elsewhere.

Golden words brother....this is my exact thought

    100%.

And you don't produce the worst scoring offense in team history without there being something seriously wrong.

Wtf is not scoring a single TD in like 20 qtrs (minus the 2 in Arizona)? All these are some seriously ridiculous nonsense. Daboll needs to get his staff in order. Get rid of the bum who is pretending to coach the Offensive Line. Fire the Special Teams coach for being Special.

If you go all the way back and watch the 1st drive against the Cowboys - youd think we would be contending for the playoffs or something. Instead, we could go down as quite possibly the WORST offense in NFL history.

  6. I dont mind losing games. But it is this colossal level of epic retardation that this team exhibits that really surprises me. Like almost every week it is some new record being broken in fuck-ups.

    11 sacks!

INT return for TD, fumble return for TD, 3 INTs, 7+ sacks given up, FG blocked returned for TD, 30+ pts surrendered or something like this - no team has ever done all this in an entire season and the Giants did it all in 1 fucking game!!

A whole fucking game with negative passing yards! 27 running plays 1 passing play called in the entire half.

Losing games in the most fucking absurd ways possible - missing chip shot field goals, boneheaded penalties, critical off sides.

Like, just losing is one thing, but putting up such an embarrassing shitshow by these pathetic pissants - with down syndrome play calling, coaching and decisions - thats what really makes my blood boil. Like, WTF is this??? Is this even a team? We can talk all salary cap hell etc etc - but there is no reason for this team to look like a bunch of ass-hat clowns every week! Even Broncos, Bears, Washington (whom we somehow beat), Cardinals - are losing, but not breaking records on the wrong side of the spectrum. There is something seriously wrong here.

I don’t know how you can look at both QBs and say Taylor isn’t better for this offense.

Taylor had an arguably worse offensive line on Sunday than Jones has.

Arguably one that actually played better....with Saquon at full strength.

    No it isn’t.

Taylor is a much more decisive QB.

Yes it is. Jones didnt have Saquon at full strength, the defense playing the way it is currently, and the OL playing better. Taylor has nothing to lose. Not sure who the stupid head here is.

  9. Definition of "Knee Jerk Reaction". We beat the Commanders, we only scored 14 points, and the OL surprisingly played better than they have all season. Relax, there is a reason Jones is the starter and Taylor the back-up.

Why though?  The coaches seem to be failing him.   Waller hasn’t lived up to the hype.

We are failing all across the board man - the OL gives 0.3 sec before collapsing - which single person on this roster can even do a single thing? We havent scored a a TD in 10 quarters - rather, except for 2 quarters, we havent scored an offensive TD ALL SEASON and we are in Week 7. Imagine.

Rebuild and be totally cap free of Gettelman's garbage in 2024-2025.  Just another year.  Watch Schoen and Daboll go after a QB of their own in 2024 and/or 2025.  DJ is just a stop gap at best.  Write down these words... the Giants have endured much so I can see a special QB and one that is slightly above serviceable.  DJ fits the serviceable quite well.  Almost like the Knicks that were built around Patrick Ewing and the rest were scraps, might have been's and never were...  Enjoy the ride... when we start winning again it will be that much more satisfying.

Why did they give him the contract then?

  12. Its going to be a fire sale soon - such a shame after giving so much hope last season. I wouldnt feel so bad if they hadnt hyped my homing ass for this season. Its been a decade of nonsense.

Just to field a healthy 53 on Sunday, Pugh has been elevated to the starting team.

Probably see him on the field at some point Sunday.

Good - they need a veteran to atleast point out the right assignments - because as of now - they look like turnstiles

  14. Every play these bums just leave 1-2 players come through untouched. Every play. How incompetent do you have to be as a whole unit for that to happen?? Within 1.2 sec 4 out of 5 lineman are facing the QB after a 180 degree shit swivel. Its so bad that Micah Parsons came out to point out how atrocious the line is and in support of DJ.
