You're right. Someone has to win this division. Problem is the Giants have such a shitty division record that they don't win tiebreakers. Watch them fool me and have a play like the 99 yard Cruz TD against the Jets this coming Sunday, which will jump start them into running the table! Absolutely nothing would surprise me this season!

After yesterday, these Giants don't deserve to win the division. When you have guys coming out and openly saying that they underestimated a division rival, and that that rival just wanted it more, that's a VERY bad thing. I bet the Giants will go no better than 2-3. If that's what happens, bye bye Tom. That would be a shame too after he won it all twice. If that happens I hope they let him retire and go out in a nice way. That being said, for how many years have the Giants been known for playing to the level of their opponent? If they do that, it could be interesting. I wouldn't count on anything at this point though.

That's sad. I swear, at the end of last season, even though we didn't make the playoffs I was actually excited because thought the Giants could really be unstoppable this season. Then JPP blows his hand up and Cruz is gone for probably the whole season. Oh well. Thank God the NFC East is mediocre at best. At least the season wasn't over by Halloween, like it was last year.

To me, this could be a lot like the 38-35 game that we lost to close out the 2007 season. To this day I fully believe that game allowed us to win the Super Bowl because we showed the world in that game that we could hang with the Patriots. The only difference is that if we lose this game, we are in deep shit because of the schedule from this point on.

Eli needs to keep in mind that there is a cap, and he needs a team around him. That being said, hasn't Eli restructured a number of times already? Don't be stupid, Giants! Eli has 4 more years or so left in him IMO. Do NOT let the best QB in franchise history get away.
