Of the list of undrafted free agents, there are a couple of interesting possibilities - first the list:

CB Leon Wright, Duke

OL Jim Cordle, Ohio State

DT Nate Collins, Virginia

WR Duke Calhoun, Memphis

DE Ayanga Okpokowuruk, Duke

TE Jake Ballard, Ohio State

WR Victor Cruz, UMass

RB Daniel Dufrene, Illinois

OL Dennis Landolt, Penn State

G Chris Poole, Holy Cross (tryout)

QB Dom Randolph, Holy Cross

OL Dace Richardson, Iowa

MLB Lee Campbell, Minnesota

Cordle has played all four positions of the offensive line for Ohio State. He was mostly listed as a center and was ranked in the top 5 centers in the draft.

A lot of people seem to think Landolt from Penn St. is a keeper....from what I've read around the net anyway.

Cruz...the WR from UMass set many records at the school and is a credible slot reciever at the next level. He turned down 4 other teams who were interested in signing him and jumped at the chance to go to Giants camp.

Duke Calhoun - WR from Memphis set several records at the school. The thing that stands out about him is that he's 6'4", so he's a tall reciever.

Hope something worthwhile shakes out from all the camp fodder. Usually a couple of them stick. Might only get to the practice squad, but if the talents there, they usually get their break.
