....Yesterday, He's not going into the draft with 12 picks

He realizes he needs a WR and I expect he will trade for one with all those Picks and a few xtra D linemen.

He also said all the DL he has now could remain on the team and will play in a rotation

Look arouund at the teams who have a good WR and need picks thats who we'll get

This was in the Bergen Record print copy today

I think We will wind up with Boldin

Don't we have just 9 picks? 7 rounds, 7 picks + 2 from N.O. Do you know that we are getting compensatory picks? If so, can we have a link to this? I just read in Wiki about compensatory picks that said they are decided upon at the end of March, so as it stands now, we would only have 9 picks. It's also supposed to be based on what happened in the previous year's free agency period, from what I read. So that means we may be due a pick for Kawika Mitchell, Gibril Wilson, and Reggie Torbor, but I don't think Strahan counts. But you have to balance that against our free agency signings, like Sammy Knight, Danny Clark, etc. There is no way of knowing, I don't believe, until the end of March when they announce these picks.

The NFL uses some mysterious formula for determining comp picks, but it's safe to assume we'll get a couple. It's hard to say what round, though.
