I'd love Hawk, no doubt, but with the depth in the LB class this year, why do it. While Hawk is an absolute beast and the best OLB in the draft, is he really worth Shockey and a handful of picks? I don't think so. Say you want about Shockey, but you can't argue the fact that he put up one of his best seasons, statistically, ever with an inexperienced QB that missed him countless times.

Where do you find him? You won't get a playmaker like Shockey in the 3rd round, and you'd most likely have to trade a 1st and 2nd rounder for NO's number 2 pick. I'm sorry, but I'll take Shockey and 7 picks instead of Brick, some bum at TE, and 4 picks.
