  1. See comments below short article

    Samples:

Mike jenkins is wuss. Did anyone see him not even make an attempt to tackle Bradshaw on his touchdown run. We need cbs,qbs,off.tackles. Even when Romo comes back, our defense will be the same. All that zone coverage is get us killed. I could complete passes against that D with corners playing 10-15 yards off the receivers. Maybe we should consider going back to a 4-3 scheme. My prediction for the rest of the season is not good. We want make the playoffs. That hurts me to say.

This team is the laughingstock of the league. this is gut check time

  2. Right, I'm the whiny little bitch who started a thread calling my team the REPLACEMENTS and conceding defeat (because of injury) before the game was played.....

I'm sorry egghead, but our blueprint won't work for you. 1. Your team needs heart. 2. Your team needs solidarity. 3. Your team needs to play well in the post-season.

    You're 0-3.

Convince me how a division game is not important to you. All of those experts you had so much faith in last year are saying this is a MUST WIN GAME FOR DALLAS.

If this game were unimportant to anyone, it would be the 6-1 Giants. Not the team that will fall to .500 with a loss.

And make no mistake, it is important to us.

Blind Homer? Wouldn't that more accurately describe the guy who's conceding defeat to his division rival AND putting his team in the superbowl in week 9?

You are without a doubt the best thing that has ever happened to this board. Every ignorant and arrogant post you've ever made has been stuffed down your throat without mercy. You're kidding yourself if you think you're anything but a jester to this board.

  3. I dont remeber that.

I knew Tollefson was an alright backup hell he proved it last year when he came in for acouple plays. If I recall I actually posted his Bio... he was picked up by the Packers in the 7th round and then he went to Oakland..if I recall from the Bio both teams said he had a real big need to prove himself. I guess being taken in the 7th round plus not having the best natural talent he has had a chip on his shoulder since day one.

He's a solid backup who I think will come in on passion downs, so I see something like Tuck/Kiwi/Tollefson/Osi as our new 4 DE set next year and even see Tuck/Coefield/Tollefson/Osi with Kiwi in the LB position on 3rd and long plays.

Passion Downs... I like it. Sounds like a night club drug.

  4. Seeing it in slow motion I say yeah, it looked like a late hit. But at normal speed, I don't think I would even consider calling it. Then again, I'm not a Steeler fan.

Normal speed shows no chance of holding up. None.

  5. What do you feel about this person's comments? Agree? Disagree? Counterpoints?

I fear a let down here as well - why? B/c despite their record, I feel like the Giants have been playing right on the margin for much of the season. They've played some ugly games and beaten the worst teams (sans KC) in the NFL. Yes, a huge & tough win @ Pit., but Pit. was really really knicked up w/out some real key guys. NY played one great half against Wash. and then did zero in the 2nd half, kept a horrible STL team around for 3Qs, and despite going 2-1 looked horrible against Cin., Cle. and SF. I don't expect them to diminate everyone like SEA but I think they are very fortunate to be 6-1. If they aren't completely in focus, they could lose to Dal. Now is the time to get Dal., continue to pad the record for a ridiculously tough stretch run.

I think the D is basically doing all they can do and have been all year. But the offense has rarely completely clicked. They need to be more agressive against the better teams and spread it out a little bit more - they have enough weapons to take the pressure off the D, but they have rarely done that. Playing it too close to the vest has kept too many teams close. I'd rather they try to spread and stretch early and run late.

Having said all that, I think THIS TEAM really has their sh-t together (minus Plax) in terms of bringing effort and limiting mental mistakes. I was a little concerned seeing only Smith even willing to make eye contact with Manning as he attempted to fire-up the offense though. Manning still needs to command more respect and it seems as his personality just doesn't do that to a great enough level.

  6. Attention whores

What a fucking joke ESPN is. Attention getting headline follwed by a "nevermind" type of comment.

    Cowboys may bench QB Johnson

ESPN.com reports the Cowboys are considering options at quarterback other than Brad Johnson, who has taken over in the absence of injured Tony Romo, for Sunday's game against the Giants New York Giants t.gif.

Former Jets New York Jets t.gif QB Brooks Bollinger is behind Johnson on the team's depth chart. ESPN's source says Johnson probably will start.

Also, Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said the status of TE Jason Witten, who injured his ribs Sunday against the Buccaneers, is uncertain.
