Most of our injuries this year and last are preventable. Any professional athlete should know to stretch regularly. Right now, you have pretty boys like Emmons (who's an ugly fuck mind you) lifting weigts and staring at the mirror instead of stretching.

Took the words right outta my mouth too. And he's being overrated also. Out of his 8 starts, only about 3 were stellar games. Against us, the Redskins, the Colts and the Saints, he looked bad.

coaching staff. the guy's been great when he's making plays on his own, but when it comes time to stick to this staff's gameplan or run the plays that are called then forget it, he's got nothing to work with. it's no coincidence this guy is usually better at the end of the game when he has more say in what play to call

I agree, I dont think his arm strength is average either, as Sepiroth above you said. He chooses to throw that way alot of the time, for some reason. But when you see him workin the 4th quarter comeback, he drills it. Sometimes in an opening TD drive too. It baffles me. When he has all the time in the world, he lofts this pussy throw.

I think he's shown that he has the god given ability to be elite, its time for him to be consistent with it now.

You bet I would. Especially knowing how I carry myself. On the other hand I would defend a fan of another team if I see him getting abused. I remember a few years back we were on the bleechers at Yankee stadium palying the red sox in the Playoffs.. it was one of my friends who spit and even threw soda on the Red Sox fan... that friend took the train home.

Well it's too bad certain fans can't be classy and enjoy the game for what it is. Now I'm sure there are classy fans and trashy fans everywhere but it's safe to say that Boston (Red Sox) and Philly's fans are near the bottom in class. On the other hand, if I'm to step into a hostile stadium wearing my team's Jersey, I will be ready to rip someone's head off should they violate me. Respect is a two way street.

Let's be realistic here. If we had the Texans, Niners, and the Titans in our early games like the you know who did, we'd probably be 3-0 .. easily. We outplayed the Colts and lost... beat the Eagles.. and screwed up against the Seahawks. We are the better team. We just haven't played up to that level.

 

Seriously, your DEs, LBs, and Secondary have been no-shows.. we'll admit to that. I, however, believe the Giants are the best team in the NFC East. Props to the skins for beating the Jags... it's going to be tough beating them but I think we will.

You're right Nas, w/o a doubt, we are the best in the div. One of the best in the conference. I, like you, do not look at the last game played, but the whole season. Remember last year, when we met a 0-2 team called the Chargers, and we got whooped? They were better than thier record reflected, and they were gonna put a hurtin on somebody in thier house soon. It happened to be us. No matter who was there that day, they were gettin whooped by the Chargers. Same thing with the Seahawks. Yes, they were 2-0, but a very unimpressive 2-0. It was time, and once agian, it was us.

We still have questions on D, but PLENTY of time to address them. Im not even worried, to tell you the truth. We will beat the skins by at least 20, you heard it here 1st.

This team needs to get back to basics. Run the ball. And Hufengul (sp) can keep Barber fresh by utilizing Jacobs more.

Thank you Nas. Its about time someone said what the problem was. Turnovers will kill ya everytime. We threw 3 INT's early on, which they scored on. Thats 21 points, not from a deadly Seahawk attack, but from turnovers. And sorry people, but we played ONE terrible game. The Colts game was played great, and the Eagles just got a jump on us, one which we came back and beat. The Seahawks put a pounding on us, but again, not because we are horrible and they are great, but because of mistakes. What this team needs is a kick in the ass, better play calling(more running) will only help.
