  1. Devonta Freeman has been a stud all season, give him the fucking ball down the stretch.

That said, Brady was fucking awesome down the stretch.

The Falcons coaching staff lost their minds. Maybe it was Patriots mystic getting in their heads but they botched keeping a lead 101. The Patriots definitely played well to finish out the game so credit, to all of them.

Also how is McDaniels and Patricia not getting any coaching considerations?

  2. Pretty pathetic second half for the Falcons. Not sure what they were thinking trying to pass the ball all those times down in Patriots territory. They needed to keep putting some kind of points on the board and they just kept getting sacked.

Their secondary fucking sucks, too. Holy shit.

Yeah, the Falcons lost this game more than the Patriots won it. The Patriots are such a veteran winning team that you can never count them out.

  3. I want the Pats to win it simply because the NFL has never seen such a dominate franchise over such a long period.

Plus it would be a big middle finger to all the NFL/owners who went apeshit fine happy over the whole film/deflategate thing.

The only reason I want the Patriots to win is for the schadenfreude. If the Patriots win and Brady is MVP I'm going to have to watch the end game ceremony (usually I don't bother). Godell having to hand Brady the Trophy is going to be the most awkward moment ever. It'll be awesome.

  4.

Division doesn't mean much when you consistently win 12 games a season.

The Giants in any other division would of still missed the playoffs those four years with the records they produced.

If the Giants had the luxury of playing the Bills or Browns or Jaguars twice a year it would absolutely help. For number of teams in playoffs it's also the AFC North and NFC East 1 and 2 again. The NFC East is a grind.

  5. OBJ had a TD on almost every return and the Giants are losing control of the game. Sitting for a potential injury is asinine because he could literally be injured at anytime anyway. The Giants needed a spark and McAdoo is staring at his book wondering how amazing a running draw on 3rd and long will be.

  6. One of these things are not like the other.

As for automatic playoffs moving out of the NFC East would help a lot.

    Patriots:

    Dolphins

    Jets

    Bills

    Steelers:

    Ravens

    Bengals

    Browns

    Packers:

    Lions

    Vikings

    Bears

I know that this subjective per year but most of those divisions only have one or 2 good teams with a guaranteed win team. The NFC East is one (if not the most) competitive division year in and year out. Checking into it (last decade) the NFC East is the second behind AFC North so Steelers are consistent but I'd imagine division is number 1 because the Bengals have been a real team of late.

  7. No ones talking about it either. They'd rather just get on their knees for Rodgers. The line starts after joe buck.

The spike was a face palm but not running Elliot (5.7 YPC) is worse. Why would you leave GB 0:40 to work with?

  8. Sure bu Dlaas managed more than 13 points. The Giants O has been abysmal all season and McAdoo refused to change anything up. I forget the stat but 95% of Giants' O formation was exactly the same while the league average is 45%. The Packers don't have an all world O line either but they improvise and play to Rodgers strengths. The Giants O is a classic case or round hole and square peg. If you jam it hard enough it'll fit...or not.

The D saved McAdoo's job because without that this team would be drafting top 10 again.
