That is why I wrote that the Kafka and Wink stuff was coaches boiler plate.  Pure BS speech.  Might be an opportunity for everyone to grow.  Being a head coach is not easy and Daboll has to sink or swim with "his guys".  What do I know... I always wanted Belichik back.

How does this reflect poorly on Daboll?? I havent followed this closely - but from what I read so far, Wink was being quite stubborn and Im not exactly sure what the rift was between him and Daboll.

Something tells me Leslie Frazier is gonna be the next DC for us
