BIGBLUE01
http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d8...mp;confirm=true WTF?? We have the 10th toughest schedule, and the 2 SB teams, the Steelers and Cards have the 29th and 27th respectively. How'd they get so lucky? Havent the Giants had some of the tougher schedules i.e. in the top 10 the last five years?

But I thought the two SB teams automatically had a tough schedule?
BleedinBlue
I think they have. But I thought the two SB teams automatically had a tough schedule? Yeah....I thought the same. Why would they give the Steelers the softest schedule going? Regardless....since the Giants play in the NFC East, they automatically have a very tough schedule. Bigblue25
Last year after going 18-1 the Patriots played the 31st ranked schedule in the NFL
Dragon
Where u finish during the previous season plays no part in your schedule the next season. Once the league went to four divisions per conference the schedule got put into what you can picture as an endless loop. A team plays their own division twice automatically (6 games), One division from their own conference (4 games), One division from the other conference (4 games), and two teams that finished in the same place in their own conference (2 games). Ex: We play the NFC South and AFC West this year... that automatically puts us against Carolina, Atlanta, Tampa, NO, SD, Oakland, Denver, and KC. Then we play games against teams from our conference that finish in our position from the previous year. That's Arizona and Minny. Next year we play the NFC North and AFC South so we should expect some really tough games next year as well.

Because Minny and AZ won their divisions. In all actuality, they aren't that good. Esp AZ.
