You know what? Very good answer!! Fisher is definitely one of the best HC's that never gets credit, but I don't see much possibility of him falling to us

he's proved to me in th last couple of weeks that he "could" carry the load. He just needs an O-Line like Dallas had in the 90's. If a QB does not have the time to do his play the route gets fucked up. He has an arm as we all know, but his accuracy lacks, and pressure situations are less than 50% good unless it's been a 4th quarter situation. We need to somehow raise his confidence level. Lets face it, it's hard to be a NY anything... Whether it's coach, QB, RB, baseball player, hockey player, basketball player, or anything... He does have better stats than any QB of the Giants past since Simms, and maybe Hosteller

I get this Vib Belichek wants out of New England. and may be waiting for a "GIANT" opprotunity.

I think Denny Green is a good guy, but he wouldn't make an impact on our team in my opinion. I want a creative leader. John Fox is "a nice option" but I see a Cowher or Belichek making a first year impact for us. Dude, I'm super bowl starved...lol

Cowher is aggresive, and Belichek is firm and to the point... I like both, both I'd like a coach like Cowher just a tad bit ore personally

If we had a choice who would you take? These 3 canidates are seriously a possibility for next year if Coughlin doesn't get results that we are needing. Thoughts?

One of my good friends told me that he thinks Stra is going to sit out this last year of his contract and try to get a good deal with aanother team... at first I thought it was bogus, but now I'm seriously thinking that's what he's going to do... he wants to play on a team that has a way better chance of winning a SB, and he DOESN'T think the Giants have a chance... fuck him... we had him in his prime.. just like Jesse Armstead and Carl Banks... You have to know when to cut your ties. Which to me means Rice isn't a good option either... I want a durable player. Neither Strahan or Rice fit those shoes... I think we need to put Kiwi back in there and tweak our LB position with other players... just my opinion

Why does Willie hit this man 6th? He is an absolutely atrocious run producer. He has a whopping 24 rbis(7 more than his backup) and he has no power.

 

Last year, hitting behind Reyes who drive in 81 runs from the leadoff spot(so its not like people were not on for the 1 and 2 hitters) he drove in a grand total of 49 runs.

 

He is a nice situational hitter, best suited for #2, #8 and maybe #7, but #6, protecting Delgado? Mind boggling if you ask me.

I'd rather Lo Duca in the 2ns postion too, but you guys might think I'm crazy but Gotay isn't that bad there.

Actually, the opposite is true. This board keeps my attention during the preseason, or as I like to call it, the time of unrealistic expectations and dreams in Giant land. This board also keeps my interest when the Giants win, because we all know that the bottom will drop out at any moment...

 

However, when the bottom finally does drop out, and this board is filled with dejection and littered with bickering between Giants fans, I usually disappear. Afterall, there is nothing worse than analyzing bad football...

If you haven't noticed though, bro the bottom has fallen out on all the NFC East teams in recent years, and the last 2 NFC East teams to even make it to the Super Bowl was the Giants and Eagles... even though both had lost, there has been really no team in the NFC East doing anything not. As long as Eli keeps throwing more touchdowns than interceptions I'll be fine with him. I just don't want to be a throw first kinda team. We need to be like the Chiefs were. Keep pounding the ball in with LJ and Holmes. We have that oppertunity now with Jacobs and Ruben. We already know Eli can with it for us in the 4th quarter so as long as we play clean football with no penalties or turnovers then we should be a compitant team, that will make the playoffs, and should be somewhat of a contender... I'm not saying we're going to win the division or the Super Bowl, but if someone or anyone doesn't think it's a possibilty we can win a SB with the star power we have, and being that we're in the NFC, a conferance that only had 2 "good" teams last year (Chicago/N.O. Saints) than someone is smoking crack... the NFC East is up in the air... the only team I don't see doing good in the East are the Redskins and that's because thier QB and O-Line situation still stinks, but you never know just like I already stated. When you have Portis, Betts, Moss, and Cooley on offense anything can happen. We will be neck to neck with anyone in that division, quote me on that. So Bad Egg will you still post on this MB when the whole T.O. shit starts happening, or when Romo has another 3 interceptions by us? Will you be here if we shut you guys out???
