  1. Hey psycho, if it is so big a deal, then ignore me? Do you have that big an obsession with me you feel compelled to go on every post and start shit? You my fellow retard are the shit stirrer. Go back and look at our threads. I do not go on your threads, despite the temptation and excess oppurtunities. I make one thread or so every couple days and you can not help yourself. Look in the mirror little man. You are the one with the problem and who needs help. You were the one who has been warned to stop stalking and yet YOU refuse to get help. You got one big jealously issue with me, stop worrying about and take care of your family, real or imaginary. You are the ultimate hypocrite, you go on my threads non stop, I avoid your threads, but call me the shit stirrer? You were told by me and the mods that if you do not like my threads, ignore them, and here again you go stalking me. Again, if I bother you, then why can't you ignore me? Mature 30 year old kid.
  2. When confronted about the tragic suicide attemp by Terrel Owens, here was Eric's response on this thread: Eric from BBI exposed I'm... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 9:44 AM surprised at the sympathy for Owens. I could care less if he died. That's pretty tasteless... : Matt G : 9/27/06 9:46 AM The guy clearly has problems... Tasteless my ######... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 9:47 AM the guy is a waste of oxygen. Eric continued to face objections, yet he refused to back down. Matt... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 9:51 AM Again...not hope...just don't care. Shawn... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 9:55 AM Think of his behavior as a sympton of this problem, not a cause. Bull. He is who he is...one messed up, unpleasant person. People don't change their stripes. And I honestly don't think there are many people on this board who are truly concerned for T.O. I think most folks - aside from very religious or caring people like HopeJ - are simply saying what they think is politically correct. AGAIN... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 9:57 AM I never said I wished death on him. I said I don't really care what happens to him. When somebody mentioned that Eagles fans were sympathetic, wishing Owens the best, and tried to correct Eric's own ignorance, he again refused, mocking the suggester. Beez... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 10:06 AM So you're lighting a candle for T.O. tonight? What bothers me is when a BBI who I know to be a nice person loses a family member. Or a friend. Or a family member. Or an American soldier, policeman, or firefighter. Losing 3,000 souls on 9/11 bothers me. Losing a deranged football player doesn't cause me lose much sleep. I don't wish death on him. I just don't care. There are too many other worthy souls in this world. Shawn... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 10:10 AM Well, I determine what souls I think are worthy. Others have their own methods. Shawn... : Eric from BBI : 9/27/06 10:14 AM I just don't have a lot of symapthy for him. He's a jerk, a loudmouth, a liar, a self-centered and selfish ######. Again...not to be repetitive...I just don't care. And I would be truly, truly surprised if most of you really are saying prayers for this guy. If you are, great. But I don't feel that way. I'm don't care about or care for him as an individual. This is not an aberration. Eric is the one who said "soon the Mara's will be dead and we can have new owners." He once was allowed on the sidelines but for reasons like the above lost his credentials and privlage.
  3. This guy has done nothing but get injured, again this season, enough already, get em out!
  4. Did all of them follow the next IMMEDIATE year with significant drops in play? Oh, and don't take any offense to the prior thread. Understand my point on Mara, and thanks for the CSU help, let's not resort, at least you and I, to namecalling. I hate doing that, and fortunately only one deadbeat on here drives me to it.
  5. Alright, I have not kept track of all this, since Madden started having players on the cover of his game 1) How many of the players have been hurt, 7/9? 2) Who have they been?
  6. I never said Mara didn't at one point help the league. However, he did more for the league than he did his own team. He was generous and not self centered, and would have served us fans much better had he been in the league front office instead of running this team. He is not Dan Rooney. He makes good choices with hiring of GMs and coaches, Mara doesn't yet tenures them like they are.
  7. If my boss kept putting me in a position to fail, and stubburnly refused to make much needed adjustements, if I had the power of a pro athlete, then anybody with a backbone(not booyah, the internet does not qualify) would.
  8. Shockey is correct. The Giants had FAR less talent on defense with John Fox and never played consistently this poorly. They would have the occasional piss poor game, but never for stretches of long duration would the defense look so pathetic. The Giants are also one of the dumbest teams in the league with penalties, and the irony is it was the not the defensive players BUT the offensive players calling out the coach. Their offense misues Shockey, does not go to the no huddle until too late, and as Shockey mentioned, "Was not prepared for the defense." That is all on the coach. At this stage Coughlin should be sent away from the Giants and back to Iraq doing something less important/insignificant.
  9. Don't you have a family, tanigble/imaginary you should be concerned with and not me? Or can your obsessive mind, the least of your problems, not help yourself. You seem to have a tendancy and problem controlling yourself exibited by your constant following of me and posting on my threads, to the point of freignteing me not in an intimidating way, because intimating and you are oxymorons, but in a sick creepy way the mods in effort to make this place nice should know. After all we all want this to be the place for Giants football, and if some immature, sick so called adult can't control his obsession with one poster that he must follow, stalk all of his posts it brings down the forum far more than anything I do. If you don't like what I bring, then why don't you do the mature thing and not read my posts? I don't go on your posts for the SOLE purpose of instigating a fight with you, in the rare event one of your posts is intellegent and does interest me I go on for normal conversing as opposed to going on there to start shit. What a fine role model you are not only for your helpless offspring, not only for Giants fans, but the board in general. Telling me I need to leave just how much of a baby you are because the mods called you out and is the equivlant of the pot calling the kettle black. You just proved with your quote "At this stage I want you to fuck off" and your past behavior, "constantly following and inflaming, instigating me" that you are nothing but a troll trying to start shit, and you are the last person who is qualified to speak to what is best and who should be gone from the board. You have a jealous complex and have just proven you;ve had a hard on up your ass with me for a long time. Get over it Get lost. At this stage, go play in traffic.
  10. Wow, nice exaggerayion. If only you could read and write past the 2nd grade I'd say you are perfect FOXNEWS material. Go to peer tutoring. I never said or implied I was happy Gammons had an aneurism or Mara was deceased. I said I was happy Gammons and his mindless, pro Red Sox, agenda were no longer on BBTN and that made the show much more enjoybale, and I said I am happpy Wellington is no longer here to stubbornly not fire coaches, see Reeves and Fassel, until they display gross incompotenece almost matching his own ability to find good football coaches. In the last 30 years who has gotten that has been a good HC, Parcells and that wasn't even his own doing. Listen, read, simple, for most intellegent mammels. Mara liked to model himself after the Rooneyrs with coaching stability, but the Rooneys actually had good coaches. That is what was frustrating with Mara.
  11. Oh and Booyah, grow up. Stop defelecting and get yourself. Stop being a baby because the mods rightfully calle dyou out for being a sick interent creep. You were called out by the mods, and know because I called out Wellington you're trying to get revenge. Very mature. Very intellegent. Just what I would expect from you. Childish, irresponsible, vendictive behavior. Telling me I need=pot calling the kettle black.
  12. That's right, I fogot. Mara did a great job at hiring coaches. He was even better with GMS which is why the league had to step in. He has done a great job replacing Parcells and John Fox. Give it up, don't call me stupid. It is frustrating as a Giants fan to see a big market team constantly be outspent and owned when it comes to recruiting compotent coaches, sorry if I took shots at Wellington, but he was stubburn, he refused to fire Fassel the players quit despite years of inconsistancy, and then he hired Coughlin instead of Weis because he had "ties" with him. Blame me or see the truth, I guess the first is easier. Booyah, don't let your personal grudge against me get the better of your already limited judgement and intellegent skills. Posts like your last make me wonder if you weren't in bed with Wellington at least in terms of football ability.
  13. The Giants were so bad it was destroying the league which is why the league gave them Parcells, and Mara displaying how retarded was actually tired to fire him after one season, yet have gave Fassel seven years. That's Mara in a nutshell. Complete retard when it comes to talent. Complete cheapskate. Thankfully he is no longer here to mess our club.
  14. Once again another Giants player has stated the truth, we get outcoached. It is appauling that a team in the New York market is so cheap with their coaching staff. Why is it when we looked for a head coach we hired a retread nobody wanted, instead of an OC everybody wanted? Why is it we hired a DC nobody wanted, and got outbid by the Redskins for Greg Williams? Why is it we have Hufnagal as our OC instead of Norv Turner? Why is it John Fox was replaced by John Lynn and then Tim Lewis. This to me is not about the Giants players, it is about ownership and their lack of commitment to winning. I am so glad Wellington Mara is no longer inc harge, he was a horrible owner in terms of winning. He ran this franchise into the ground so pooryly the NFl stepped in and gave him Parcells. He then followed that by hiring Handly, Reeves, Fassel, and Coughlin. The Giants ownership tried to copy the Steelers believing stability at coaching is the key to sucess. Yes, it is when you have Bill Cowher as your head coach and you fix your coordinators. The Giants owners treated HCs like tenured professors, refusing to fire Fassel stuburnly until his gross incompentence became too much too deny. Now the Giants, with more talent than they had with John Fox as their DC have their worst defense is how long, and the coaching staff is not to blame? Maybe since Wellington is gone we actually will have a compotent owner who will not stubbornly and ignorantly look at the wons lost and decide to keep a coach until we got 5-11 or 4-12, maybe he will see how a defense has been awful and how we are the dumbest team in the league with penalties, and see a change is needed now before we sabatoge Tiki and Strahan's title oppurtunities. You can bet if Wellington was around since we won the division last season Coughlin would have had another threee years, I pray the new Giants owners aren't so cheap and dumb, and they realize DESPITE a winning season it was in SPITE not BECAUSE of coaching. Can we please stop cutting corners with the likes of Hanly, Fassel, Coughlin, Lynn, Hufnagel, and Lewis, and recruit good coaches? Say what you want about Snyder, but at least he gets good coaches like Williams and Saunders, say what you want about Jerry Jones, but he paid for Parcells, say what you want about the Eagles, but they find good coaches like Reid and Johnson. The Giants neither spend nor find good coaches. They do not understand the need for a coach going back to the Ally Sherman days. Again, this rests with ownership as they were the ones who let both Lomabrdi and Laundry go. Let us pay that new ownership is not so retarded.
  15. I don't know. This is the way I think about stuff, deeply analytical, and all I can know is this topic has been of interest for a long while.
  16. I am curious about how the amount and time Eagles fans have at Giants Stadium compares to Giants in Philly. If any of you have been to see the Giants play the Eagles at Giants Stadium, and if you have been to the Giants play in Philly, it would be nice if you have done both, I would like to know a couple of things 1) How does the number, percent, estimation of Eagles fans at Giants Stadium compare to the number, percent of Giants in Philly? Do the Giants have more fans or a bigger proportion in Philly, do the Eagles have more fans or a bigger proportion at Giants Stadium, or is it close? 2) How are Eagles fans and the Eagles treated at Giants Stadium compared with how Giants fans and the Giants are treated in Philly? Are Eagles fans and the Eagles abused just as much or good amount in Giants Stadium, the same as Giants fans and the Giants in Philly, or pretty much given a free pass? 3) How does this vary year by year. In other words is the amount of Giants fans in Philly, the amount of Philly fans at Giants Stadium, the treatment of the Giants and their fans in Philly, the treatment of Eagles fans and the Eagles at Giants Stadium the same year by year or does it vary based on how the teams are. I really am curious about the subject, and would take solace in knowing that the Giants are just as well represented in Philly as the Eagles are in Giants Stadium and that the Eagles fans are not let off the hook after all we go through in Philly, but I would like the truth. Thanks.
  17. Where there a lot of Giants fans? What percent, how many Giants fans were there, were they noisy, and how where they treated? By comparison, how did the percent of Giants fans in Philly, loudness of Giants fans, and treatment of Giants fans in Philly compare with how Philly fans are treated at Giants Stadium? For instance, did the Giants have a lot of fans, more than the percent the Eagles have at Giants Stadium, and are Eagles fans treated badly at Giants Stadium? Also, how did the percent of Giants fans this year compare with 2004 and 2005? Did we have more fans this year than last? It sounded like we had 10,000, but I wonder if it was less or if we had closet Giants fans. From what I heard Eagle fans were abusive, and I hope they get similar treatment at Giants Stadium. I heard they chanted As-s h ole to Giants fans, so I hope when an Eagles fan is at Giants Stadium they are afriad to chant and also get taunted.
  18. Does anybody have access to ESPN's Offseason Overview, and if so could you post it? Thanks.
  19. I disagree. Ward is a waiver wire role player, and Jacobs is a 4th rounder. I think if they had a proven NFL running back or a heir apparant 1st or 2nd round talent, we would be in the best preparation.
  20. I don't see the point in taking another mid level WR prospect. Don't we have enough of them already with Taylor, Carter, and Tyree? We eventually will need a replacement for Toomer if not an immediate slot receiver. That said, we have more pressing needs at DT, CB, and argubaly OT and LB. I say if we must take a WR, choose one early or wait until the deeper draft next year.
  21. If he's no more talented than Ward or Jacobs, then why is he 1st round talent as opposed to 4th round or waiver wired?
  22. That's what they said about Joe Montgomery. Remember him? Do we want to have our season if Tiki gets injured in his hands?
  23. I suggest the Giants either draft a RB, or if one slips to them strongly consider taking him. Yes, the Giants would be in trouble if Tiki got hurt, but if we prepare, we can do our best to make sure it does not ruin our season and likely one of the last oppurtunities for Strahan to get the ring. Starting caliber running backs are available, look at this offseason with Mike Anderson, Jamel Lewis, Edgerrian James, plus the draft. Having somebody who is either very talented, something more than a 4th rounder, or an experienced running back I would recommend considering. At the very least, DO NOT make the error of thinking our RB is solid and no room needed for improvement next season.
  24. Very dumb indeed when you consider both the Giants of 2006 and Jets 1999 and 2005 teams were coming off playoff seasons and added players (Ty Law) to try and take it the next level on the Jets had injuries to Testaverde (1999), Martin, and Pennington (2005) skilled positions which negated all the otherwise improvement and derailed their season. I would hate for the Giants whose sucess is based a lot on the skill of Tiki to be without a sufficent replacement should the unbearable happen, as with Strahan time is awaiting, and it would as VA Giant said be too bad for us to negate the improved defense we made.
  25. The guy from Minnesota who the Colts figure to take as James replacement is a certain 1st year starter and impact player.
