  1. I agree 100%. They don't have to go so they don't. I might not either and I doubt any of the 4 would. You have no clue what goes on in the work outs and have no inside info as you claim to have. All this situation does is give you and your buddies something to pass your days with on this and other MB's. All it is is fuel for your whining schtick (which is older than dirt) even if it's not that big of a deal.

    It's all about the drama....

Plax missed madatory mini camps with Pitt....this is nothing new...

Drama they want drama they will have...

    Bicthes...

    wwaaaa

  2. Actually Plax and Shockey would now just be on their way home Rosie's house after a few late night "workout" cocktails after closing down several clubs. Today's X-Box workout may be cancelled due to heavy hangovers.

so do you orgasm while watching in the tree or do you wait until you get back to moms house, where you can be alone in the basement with your newly aquired video?

  3. OK Barney, I will give you honesty. I do not approve of them being the only ones (outside of Toomer) away from the team. That doesn't change the fact that these are VOLUNTARY workouts. I am not so naive as to not believe that this "voluntary" actually means, " the Giants organization really wants everyone to be there." That's probably the case. So be it. On the other hand, realistically, the CBA does not state that players HAVE TO attend these "voluntary" workouts. Therefore, by rights, they don't have to be there. Are Plax, Shockey and Jospeh putting themselves before the rest of the team? probably. Are they within their right? Definitely. OK, fine. Reality is that you and the rest of the gang can kick, scream, piss, moan, bitch and complain all the live long day (like you already do), and it will not change a thing. Your daily beat-everyone-over-the-head approach, in reality, does nothing to get them in camp, and makes you come off as the whiny bitches that you probably are. So in a nutshell, you are probably right, I probably agree with you in some way, but it doesn't change the fact that the players DO/ARE NOT OBLIGATED to be there. The only thinh they have to live with are their respective consciences. Does that make you happy? Are you and I good now? I hope so.

    TESTIFY!!!

and now a word from the local-Man Group 69 for the latest Shockey and Plax ass grab report..

our beat reporters are standing by live in a tree just outside shockey bathroom window...

we go live with Lockhart in...5......4.......3.......2......1

  4. Will Peterson, injured two of the past three years with a stress fracture in his lower back, currently is not working out with the team and isn't expected to be able to resume his career.

I think this is much more derserving of being highlighted then Chase Blackburns neck injury. Although neck injuries are very hard for players to overcome Blackburn is a dime a dozen. You get players like him every year. Peterson is/was an actual starting NFL corner.

good point but I thought that was old news...I was under the impression his career was over during the reg season, when he kept bouncing back to dif Dr's to prove this to the NY org.

  5. its a sentiment that 100% of NYG fans agree with...the only reason the rest disagree is bc they like to form drama on an internet messageboard...im POSITIVE the same ones who say camp is voluntary and these 2 need not attend at this time, really feel the opposite, but love to come here on SW each and every day to join the pissing contest between the FAB 4 and the rest...

only good things would come from a team 100% united...the glaring problem was the fact that Eli and his 2 star's Plax. and Shock. were not on the same page, let alone same book after week 6...there is no time to be wasted...we want to enter the season in synche in every aspect, not putting it together as week 1 comes along...

its not like we ended the 2005 season on a positive...there are many question marks for 2006 and the simple fact that 2 starting WR's refuse to practice with there 2nd year QB who is struggling is horrible...

    Holy SHIT!!!!!

    LMFAO...

    heres how this should read:

its a sentiment that 100% of NYG fans agree with...the only reason the I bring this same story up day and and day out for over a year, is bc I like to form drama on an internet messageboard...im POSITIVE the same ones who say camp is voluntary and these 2 are not saying plax and shockey need not attend at this time, really feel that this point althought relavent had no bearing on shockey performance last year, and distracts the entier org when it's beaten by the press each year. I would say it's true that some members love to come here on SW each and every day to join the pissing contest between the FAB 4 and the rest...

only good things would come from a team 100% united...the on top of Elis poor mechanics late in the year I want to place blame on his 2 star's Plax. and Shock. one the one hand I blame opie for the lack of production here on the other I blame the two starts. Another instance where I can;t make a defined decision...there is plenty time to be wasted...I will write post and post thread after thread on this subject completely ingnoring the draft and any FA movement..I don't care that we went 11-5 and a won the division...The only thing that counts is plax and shockey are a-holes..I will trumpete this onver and over..e

  6. I am 100% behind supporting your team and I am also 100% behind fans questioning things, but to defend SHockey and Plax in any way in this manner is inconceiveable. There is no exuse. Hate the FAB 4 all you want for their negative venom and slanted views, but in this case there is no arguement, they are 100% correct, Plax and Shock should be here building chemistry with a team that has a chance to be quite good. Carl Banks always said the 86 Giants were bonded together by that Jan 86 shutout in Chicago(end of 85 season) and the bond that was formed that 86 off season in preparation and work. There is no exuse for these two and quite frankly they come off as selfish asswipes. I do not care if their workout consists of lifting garbage trucks on their backs and running in sand with 50 pound weights on their legs, the bonding and working together as a team to build something special from day 1 outweighs anything they do on their own.

    This is pretty much commonsense....

Come off as selfish asswipes!?!?....they are selfish asswipes...

This fact doesn't make these retards credible, having an opinion is one thing, to constantly beat the ENTIRE organization day in and day out, constantly contradict yourself, and piss on anyone who disagrees is a complete other.

  7. all the CE groupies that fleed giants.com after it was taken away hang out in the General Discussion section of SW...

stop already...our sources here on SW pointed you out as one of the snitches that ultimately ended the FAB 4's tenure over on giants.com...

funny part is, we all still hang there on occasion and chime in when a dose of reality is needed...

funny thing is everyon knows this..and still calls for your dismissal..

i propose a bet. i bet you that arrington sings here. if he doesnt i will leave this board for a month. but if he does sign, which u are POSITIVE he wont, you must leave this board and not post here anymore. your upside in ths bet is less but there is no way ull be wrong right?? what do u say? if ur sooo knowledgable about what the giants want you should have no problem with this

    you have no sources....

  8. good posters !!! i laugh when i read that...these good posters were so bothered by our views that they tucked tail and ran ?? where did they all go ?? some secret board ??

its no coincidence that since our arrival here at the WRATH, 60 % of the posters over at giants.com came here...the FAB 4 has a cult like following

Allot of good posters came here after the CE was disband.

You retards are entertaining...the daily constant nonsense drove some good posters away..

Some people just don’t want to read a five page threads on your fab 4, 3 topic rants DAILY. It distracts the MB away from other topics while they may be benign in your mind, are relevant and have merit.

  9. Here's the funny part- once the FAB 4 was banned from the Giant.com, the board fell apart. You are right that we ruined giants.com - we ruined it when we left. Time after time we did returned after being banned, for the slightest infraction or a word from one of you snitches. Eventually the FAB 4 said screw it and moved on to this board. At that time Giant.com went into a death spiral, while this one picked up traffic - much of it from Giant.com following the FAB 4. We challenge the mind, while the Giant.com moderators ban you for showing you have a brain. You should stay on the Giant.com board as now it is filled with pre-teen Rah-rah Giant fans - little or no dissension at all - everything Giant is great.

Yeah and you had nothing to do with spamming the MB with garbage and driving away 90% of the good posters...

    LOCKHARTS THEME SONG

every time you post this song goes off on my PC....

  10. This whole fight against the Fab 4 is really getting old. Please ignore them if you don't agree with their posts. I usually don't, but every once in awhile Floyd has a good point. Kudos to you, Floyd.

LOL the fab four this is going on a year now, and lockhart has been at war with just about everyone going on two years...

Lockhart used to be a decent poster...believe it or not...

and yes, Kudos for floyd having a point every once in a while...

These two single handedly ruined the giants.com MB.

  11. Oh !! about the Fag 4 crack!!!

Those guys happen to be long time Giants fans that have the

scars that go with the turf. I dont always agree with everything they

say but I you take the time to really listen they have many valid points.

The giants fan with the rose colored glasses on they will torch every time.

Are they Giants fans??? absolutely!!!! Are they hard on the organization??

Without question!! I am too. I invested years of watching as a loyal fan

and over the years the giants Org. have made some bone headed decisions.

Yet through it all like me there still watching the team they love.

Being a Giants fan is certainly a love hate relationship !

THe fab 4's opinions are the devils advocate and is vital to this forum.

Other wise we would have posters that would think that everything is fine

and we will win the S-bowl every year.

I dont always agree with them but i respect the fact that the never bring

    other posters down personally.

And if you dont like their opinions there always the ignore feature.

I think you secretly enjoy there company !!! ;)

i really enjoy cracking on them, so one could say i enjoy their posts.

but to give them any credit at all other then enterainment value is pathetic...

  12. NEW BLOOD LIVENS GIANTS' SECONDARY

    By PAUL SCHWARTZ

March 29, 2006 -- Gibril Wilson now knows that R.W. McQuarters likes sushi and "all kinds of other weird stuff I couldn't pronounce."

For the revamped Giants secondary, gleaning this sort of information is the first step in turning a group of newcomers into a cohesive unit. These players can lift and run and get in shape on their own, but for the new-look defensive backfield, this particular off-season workout program is all about bonding.

Wilson is practically the last man standing, set to return as the starting strong safety, but all around him a purging has taken place.

For evidence, glance inside the Giants' locker room and see a row of lockers belonging to Sam Madison, McQuarters and Will Demps, side-by-side-by-side, with Madison occupying the corner stall inhabited the past few years by Will Allen.

Madison, released by the Dolphins, was the first player the Giants reached out for and he's here to replace Allen, who, ironically, has found a new home in Miami.

Demps spent four years with the Ravens and is on the scene to replace Brent Alexander, who retired, while McQuarters arrives determined to fight for a starting cornerback job, though he's more likely to serve as a nickel back.

"They said the secondary was a weakness before," Demps said. "Now it's not."

The swiftness shown by the front office in bringing in six new players for the secondary made it clear that bolstering the back end of the defense was the top priority.

Madison was signed to start at one cornerback spot, with second-year Corey Webster likely to join Madison in the lineup.

Will Peterson, injured two of the past three years with a stress fracture in his lower back, currently is not working out with the team and isn't expected to be able to resume his career.

The newcomers all arrived last week at Giants Stadium and the process of getting to know each other is under way.

"You have to get a bond. When you don't have that bond early on in the offseason, that bond is not going to occur when it comes time for the season," Madison said. "That's why I'm here. This is my 10th year. I could have been at home, but then once I come in, they won't know who Sam Madison is."

    *

Reaction to the Giants' interest in LB LaVar Arrington has not exactly prompted a crackle of excitement.

"I'm not going to say he's a guy we need," DE Osi Umenyiora said. "He's an outstanding football player, but we have good football players here. Would I say we need to have him here in order for us to be successful? I don't think so. But any team he goes to he's going to make a better football team, immediately."

    *

Eli Manning is fairly certain which way his parents will be leaning on the night of Sept. 10, when their sons Eli and Peyton face each other when the Giants open their season against the Colts. It will be the first time two brothers start against each other in an NFL game.

"I guess they'll just root for the offense the whole time," Eli said.

    *

TE Jeremy Shockey and WR Plaxico Burress continue to work out in Miami.

LB Chase Blackburn said he is fully recovered from the frightening neck injury he suffered Dec. 24 against the Redskins.

Blackburn, who incurred five herniated discs, two bulging discs and two pinched nerves, said he's added one inch of muscle around his neck to strengthen the area.

I thought this was note worthy.

  13. No you are wrong again

The Giants played the NFC and AFC WEST - your team list here is the draft order and shows the pcts of thsoe teams they played - 6 of their games were against against other NFC East teams that also played the AFC and NFC west, so they racked up some wins, thus increasing the pct. Still the entire NFC East played a pitifully easy schedule, which the Giants will NOT see in 2006 - last year the Giants played the Cardinals, 49ers, Rams, Saints, Chiefs, and Raiders - all of which were horrible on defense- those were 6 of their wins. They had two more games with the McNabbless Eagles - barely beating the Backup QB twice. They got the Chiefs who were the worst tacklers in NFL history. the first Redskin game was a blow-out, but Skins won the second one. In 2006, they get the Saints, Titans and Texans, but also the Jaguars, Colts, Carolina , Atlanta, and Tampa. The schedule in 2005 could not have been easier as the Giants got the worst division in football (NFC West). The Giants finished the 2005 season looking pitiful on offense, and injury cannot be an excuse - there were none. Defense finished poorly but they did have injuries. If the Giant offense that finished 2005 shows up September 10th against the Colts - it will be a slaughter.

Plaxico quit on the team in the playoff game and skipped the last team meeting - that is the definition of a cancer. For a good part of the seson Plaxico was quitting on routes, barely reaching for some passes while actually stopping on others. He is not a number 1 receiver- never was in Pittsburrgh and will never be for the Giants. Number 1 receivers don't fade like he did - he faded as badly as Shockey did.

    Pitt strength of schedule .492

    Giant’s strength of schedule .492

Again moving past reality. And ignoring the facts.

  14. NO, Eli was horrible the last half of the sesaon, but so was Shockey and Plaxico. While Eli was struggling, they ran out of gas - poor conditioning due to their little Miami adventure. The passing game was all but gone from Halloween on as all three were bad. The Giants were 11-5 due to a very easy schedule, Tiki and a strong defense for most of the season before the injuries. Tiki was the Giant offense - without him the Giants are 6-10 or worse. Eli was lost, and Shockey and Plaxico disappeared. Do these two try to get better NO - they stay in Miami 700 miles away from their teammates, coaches and training facility.

coughlin and Eli asked Shockey and Plaxico specifically to attend these offseason workouts - they both refused and Plaxico goes so far as to skip the last team meeting and the first of this year - that is the definition ofa team cancer.

The chemistry for the Giant passing game was never completely ther in 2005 - early on it was successful but as defenses adjusted, Eli and his receivers (except for Toomer, who DID work out with Eli last off season) could never counter adjust - that only come sthrough repetition. Many of you can make excuses for Plaxico and Shockey, but noone buys it anymore other than other Shockeyites and Plaxicons. Sad, very sad.

Just watch the Colts September 10th. That is a recieving coprs and QB that do work together all offseason. The disparity between the Giant and Colt passing game will be enormous. One works as a unit - the other can't be bothered to workout

It is great to see all our predictions form 2005 - they were all right on the mark - you girls whined then, but now know we were correct.

Strenght of shedual is complete bullshit:

    1 Houston Texans 2-14 .535

    2 New Orleans Saints 3-13 .523

    3 Tennessee Titans 4-12 .512

    4 New York Jets 4-12 .527

    5 Green Bay Packers 4-12 .531

    6 San Francisco 49ers 4-12 .539

    7 Oakland Raiders 4-12 .539

    8 Buffalo Bills 5-11 .500

    9 Detroit Lions 5-11 .504

    10 Arizona Cardinals 5-11 .508

    11 St. Louis Rams 6-10 .484

    12 Cleveland Browns 6-10 .508

    13 Baltimore Ravens 6-10 .523

    14 Philadelphia Eagles 6-10 .531

15 Denver Broncos (from Atlanta Falcons) 8-8 .492

    16 Miami Dolphins 9-7 .457

    17 Minnesota Vikings 9-7 .484

    18 Dallas Cowboys 9-7 .523

    19 San Diego Chargers 9-7 .559

    20 Kansas City Chiefs 10-6 .504

    21 New England Patriots 10-6 .508

22 Denver Broncos (from Washington Redskins) 10-6 .539

    23 Tampa Bay Buccaneers 11-5 .449

    24 Cincinnati Bengals 11-5 .477

    25 New York Giants 11-5 .492

    26 Chicago Bears 11-5 .457

    27 Carolina Panthers 11-5 .449

    28 Jacksonville Jaguars 12-4 .465

29 New York Jets (from Denver Broncos through Atlanta Falcons) 13-3 .500

    30 Indianapolis Colts 14-2 .457

    31 Seattle Seahawks 13-3 .430

    32 Pittsburgh Steelers 11-5 .492

Pittsburgh Steelers strength of schedule .492 if you look historical teams with a record over 11 wins usually have a strength of schedule under .500

Granted Plax should have gone to the end of the year meeting. And hell the guy was a toolbag almost the entire courting process before we signed him. The bottom line is he had over 1200 yards, and on a team which featured Tiki barber.

Saying the guy is a cancer as this point is speculation as best. Hoping this happens that he does start to open his mouth to the media and bash manning and the team is garbage. You guys should evaluate your tactics cause you pretty much suck.
