Based on the play of the teams in the division so far, if we don't go at least 5-1 in the division, we're not winning it. You have to figure, the way we've played so far, we'll only bat 500 in non-division games. 5-5 outside the division andd 5-1 in the division gives us a 10-6 record and a playoff birth. 9-7 isn't winning our division.

 

So, yeah, this game against the 'skins is huge.

I think that our only loss in the division will be away to Dallas ! ( bold statement )

But if we do go 5-1 in the divison , and only lose to Ind , Seattle , Jags , Bears , Panthers , Falcons.....

We still make 10-6 ( 5-1 ) in the division and probably win the East.

if you looked at our schedule at the beginning of the season then .....

we were always likely to lose 2 of the first 3

then win 5 of the next 7

and win 4 of the last 6

that will give us a 10-6 record ( with perhaps 5-1 in the divison ) = playoffs

How do you get NFL games in the UK live? When I was in Yemen I was dying to watch the Giants to no avail.

We get 3 ( or 4 ) live games every week. Sun early , Sun late on Sky Sports , and the Mon night game on Channel 5. Plus we get extra games eg. season opener , thanksgiving and some Sun night late games later in the season. ... and of course all the playoffs. Last year we got 9 Giants games , Arizona , NO , Rams , Skins , Seattle , KC , Philly , Oakland ...... and the Carolina nightmare.

I have to listen to all the other Giants games live on WFAN via Field Pass .... but that is also great with play by play from Bob Papa.

Its great to be a Giants fan in the UK

in the UK we are 5 hours ahead ..... gameday is a nervous nailbiting nightmare of waiting.

eg Giants v Indy starts at 0100 hrs ( early Mon morning )

normally games kick off at 6pm (early) or 9pm (late)

the only way to deal with it is to spend the whole day with my family.. i have 3 daughters ( until 5pm).

Then at 5.30 ish ... put on my old Giants Superbowl XX1 t-shirt ( with holes in it ) and open the first beer

The rest is history

i would like to see a bulked up Tuck try the DT position.

Kiwi is a luxury to come in only when Strahan or Osi get injured (or tired ... back spasms etc )

i think we can now all see the inspired logic of EA in the draft

i liked the look of Travis Dorsch ..... a good looking prospect by all accounts

from the evidence so far the answer is definately YES !

my main observations ( as follows )

1) Fatman & Robbins were UGLY

2) Jacobs was disappointing ( but the O line blocking was poor for him )

3) Kiwi obviously looked very promising

4) Both Tim and Jared looked OK

5) Remember ! ....Baltimore have a very good D

6) It is always nice to win away from home , coming from behind in the 4th ( even in preseason )

7) We have nearly 1 month to fix things .... we will be ready for Sep 10th v Indy
