One thing I was surprised to hear "over half of the roster has played just two season or less" this is a young team full of talent, unlike the last few years. Also one thing you love to hear "the new coaches are bringing a level of intensity we haven't seen around here in awhile" Coach Chaos, Colombo, Henderson, all of them are pretty intense coaches.
