Houshmandzadeh will decided to stay or leave the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. In a text message to The Enquirer, the Bengals' free agent wide receiver said he expects to make a decision "Sunday evening" about whether to remain in Cincinnati or go to a new team. According to the report, the Bengals and Houshmandzadeh's agent, Kennard McGuire, have been in discussions over the last three days and an offer is on the table. The Bengals' free agent wide receiver has already visited Minnesota and Seattle. He might also visit with the New York Giants, but that has not been confirmed. Houshmandzadeh will sign a multi-year contract with the Seattle Seahawks, according to sources close to the situation. According to the sources, the Seahawks have offered close to $2 million more than the closest competitor in the race for Houshmandzadeh’s services. An eight-year veteran out of Oregon State, Houshmandzadeh caught 92 passes for 904 yards and 4 touchdowns in 15 starts for the Bengals last season. In addition to the Seahawks, the Vikings and Bengals were pursing Houshmandzadeh. The contract is expected to be signed within the hour. Yahoo!
