It amuses me to no end that media blowhards like Carton (WFAN) diss the Yanks and say this is the season they miss the playoffs when...guess what they are a game ahead from where they were last year. The pitching has been great. The relief, a part of the team that was the biggest question mark, has been great. If they can just get some offense scoring and the relief keeps doing their job this team has a very real chance at the wild card and depending on the BoSoxs might even take the division. Speaking of possibly passing the BoSox, another great game by Pettite and the Yanks, specifically Cano. They took this series and may sweep tommorow.
