EAST RUTHERFORD -- The practice bubble next to Giants Stadium collapsed early Sunday in the wind, snow and rain. No one was injured.

The indoor practice facility is expected to be repaired by Wednesday, the Giants' next practice day, officials from the Giants and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority said.

The bubble collapsed around 6 a.m. when its skin was damaged by the weather, allowing the air inside to escape, the officials said.

The mishap forced the Giants to cancel a party scheduled for Sunday night prior to their game against the Washington Redskins. The gathering, for the team's Touchdown Club, and was expected to draw about 750 people at $85 a ticket. The team said those who bought tickets will get a refund or other compensation.
