ill say that i think the goal may not be mainly to replace diehl but to get beatty on that line. i read another article that specifically stated him and diehl would compete for the LT job. i think when you look at all the pieces(drafting beatty round 2, his LT skillset, coaches still talking about his skillset being best fit for LT, both diehl and seuberts contracts being set up for a potential move of diehl to guard and seubert to the bench) seems they want beatty at that LT spot.

id be angry i wouldnt want kindle, we dont need another 3-4 outside linebacker while we play the 4-3. if the draft went that way id want either mays/iupati/weatherspoon

i just think with our current needs, the money we would pay jones would be better going elsewhere, like safety, linebacker or dt. although drafting cj spiller in round 1 would make me a happy giants fan.
