A hamstring tear isn't that bad. Muscle heals, it's not like a ligament tear.

 

I think out of all muscles to tear -- especially for a RB -- the hamstring is arguably the worst. It's an injury that lingers for a LONG time (just look at Torbor who has yet to heal from his hammy injury last year). Given that we have much greater needs, Ill stay away from the out-of-shape RB with the leg injury and draft one of these guys:

Sims, Greenway, Carpenter, Ryans or Cromartie

I think it's more to our advantage becauser we know if we get White, we won't need him immediately. We could give him more time to rest that hamstring and make SURE that its healthy when he is needed.

I concur. Coughlin is a good coach, but not for this team, and probably not for any NFL team. His hard-######, tough guy approach doesn't work on adults. Let him try it with the college kiddies. He's in over his head here, and the dissension on the Giants as a result is beginning to surface.
