feefifoefum
I'm sick of this guy. I feel like he's been the Mets top prospect, and 20 years old, since 1947. He'll never suit up for the Mets, or he'll get traded for a weak hitting catcher and an oft injured outfielder.
gateb
I saw this, Tommy John's surgery? I know his talent is supposed to be other worldy but I really want to get something for him while we can. Too man red flags with injuries.

I know his talent is supposed to be other worldy but I really want to get something for him while we can. Too man red flags with injuries. Just remember everyone said that Jose Reyes would never play a full season and he would be injured all the time. I think we need to give him a chance. It's a strained elbow. It's not like he's done for the season. He will probably end up getting ABs in the second half of Spring Training.

Seems to be a set back for a guy that some have said will add a jolt to this team down the stretch..........
Allstarjim
Seems to be a set back for a guy that some have said will add a jolt to this team down the stretch.......... Replace with "could". There is a difference. He is a great talent. We're not talking Tommy John yet, so patience here... it's only February.
gateb
He's out 3 weeks but I read somewhere it's just the Mets being overprotective and it would usually be an injury that would take 3-5 days to heal.
