JMFP
I would have been like Bum Phillips with Earl Campbell...."ride that horse till that horse could not ride no more". As we could see by Tuck's lack of explosiveness in rushing the QB he was far more hurt than Jacobs....yet they played Tuck on every down he could stand up. I agree. Up to this point, I've defended Killdrive, but frankly, that gameplan was totally lame. They mishandled all 3 RBS. The take their bruiser, Jacobs, and have him running parrallel to scrimmage against Philly's fast LBs. In short yardage, they give the ball up the gut to Ward, not Jacobs. And finally, 0 touches for Bradshaw, who is the most dangerous big-play guy they've got left. If not for Bradshaw's performance in Buffalo, there might not have been a 2007 playoff run. And here we are, in similar conditions, and they ignore their best check-down option. Unfuckingbelievable.
TaylorBanksCarsonVanPelt
This was one of the best teams not to smell a Super Bowl....I mean we beat all 3 of those teams handily....and Philadelphia convincingly in their rat hole. Jesus....TC and Kill Bride better thank their lucky stars they got it all last year....cause people would be chasing them down like Frankenstein's Monster.
