They signed cornerback Rashad Barksdale off their practice squad and signed linebacker Rich Scanlon. Lubeck Posted December 31, 2008 Share Posted December 31, 2008 Sucks but he was more of a playing coach than a player anyway. And unlike Shockey the team will keep him around because he is a positive influence. I wouldn't doubt when he retires they bring him in as a secondary coach.
