fishgutmartyr
And is coaching football at West Valley College. This is an old guy thing. Back in the late 70's, Danny was a Linebacker for us. He was injured, and they found out he had cancer in his lymph nodes. He never played for us again, but I never knew what happened to him until now. Thrilled to know he's is a survivor, and just wanted to share it with my fellow geezers.

fringe
I remember when there was thought to be a relation between the Meadowlands swamps and the string of serious illnesses the Giants went through.

I also remember the talk of Giant Stadium being part of a "Cancer Cluster" after Kotar died and Loyd got it. ....there was another guy or two as well. Good to see I was wrong. Guy could ball too. C. fishgutmartyr
troy archer. Troy was a car crash. Of course, those guys were pounding steroids like crazy, and once Lyle Alzado went down, things got quiet about the meadowlands.
