mws44 Posted April 6, 2007 Share Posted April 6, 2007 wright shouldve crushed that pitch. im overthinking it probably but im worried about david. he needs to go on a tear to really win me back. its not as if that stretch to end the year was bad but his playoff performance was. I think you might be coming down a little hard on him gateb. His playoffs weren't horrible. He hit .333 in the divisional series. He had a rough championship series (only getting 4 hits) but I remember a couple of them being fairly timely. We could have used him more in game 7, but it was his first post season so I think we can cut him a little slack. As far as this year goes, we are only 3 games in so he probably needs to work some things out. Every hitter goes through cycles. Just look at Delgado. They will be fine.
