  1. BACK from my First game.. just have to say WOW... it's nothing like TV.. the parking does suck ballz big time.. 40 to 60bucks to get stadium parking, and 20bucks for shuttle parking.. it was nasty, but well worth it.. i was at the 40 yard line, lower level 110 section, row 9. i was basically next to the players.. but boy it was HOT over there. my face got tan.

a few things i didn't like was the old timers, the regulars. They don't cheer nor yap... when i was screaming "DE Fense". they would give me weird eyes or send out the bad vibes.... overall, it was not a disappointment, i want to thank the Bangles for showing up. i want to thank Manning for showing his 4th quarter magic, and thank my friends for losing 150 on a poker game the night before (tickets were 130 each) and finally thank you guys at the forum for being a GIANTS FANS.....

  2. It will be my FIRST ever Giants Game... i'm soo freaking hype right now..

anyways, i'm coming from Brooklyn. what's the best way of going there? should i drive or should i take public transportation? and what time should i leave home.

also if i drive, how much do i have to pay for parking???

  3. my question is: how do all the experts figure the chargers are a good team? top to bottom the best roster/team? yah, okay. Let's see them actually win a playoff game and not choke 4-6 games a year. Aside from Ladanian Tomlinson, who's even on that offense?

AGREE.. it's TL who made the whole team look good aside from a above avg Defence. Rivers a bully (calling cutler a cry baby).. the Offensive line is avg at best. The only guy that can catch isn't a WR (but a TE)..

anyways back to topic.. yeh i hate it when we get credit.. remember the year after the SB??.. dam that was disgusting..

  4. The next person I cant wait to see get destroyed..................................Roy Williams(DAL) ;)

DeMarcus Ware, put this fool on that list as well... is there a nickname for our boy Jacobs yet??.. i mean even that M.Barber from cowgirls have a name...

    J-Train, express non-stop...

  5. I'll never forget watching that, I was hurting for Eli, cause that was a ferocious hit. I also remember, that was the first time I developed any ounce of respect for him. That was the beginning of understanding Eli. Cause he got up and finished the game like it was nothing, unfazed. Ya gotta give it to Eli, he can take a beatin and keep on ticking.

it's always great to get up from a big hit, i give cheers for that. but when you're getting hit every other play now that's a no no. a big thumbs up to our front office for getting guys to protect eli.. if it wasn't for them.... go and ask David Carr what the result was.....

anyways, i'm happy we got McDougle as well.. probably won't see the real him until mid season tho..

  6. From ESPN's DraftTracker from 2003...

some players just need to find a system that fits their game...

    Jerome Mcdougle

SELECTED BY TAMPA BAY , ROUND 1, PICK 15, OVERALL PICK 15

    DE | (6-2, 264, 4.65) | MIAMI (FLA.)

    By Pro Football Weekly

Notes: Younger brother of former Oklahoma All-America offensive tackle and Lions first-round pick Stockar McDougle. Attended Pittsburgh (Kan.) State in 1998 but did not play football. Played at Hinds Junior College (Miss.) in '99 and then came to Miami (Fla.) in the summer of 2000 and redshirted in the fall. Started every game in '01 and had 59 tackles, 15 tackles for loss, seven sacks and an interception returned for a touchdown. Won All-Big East Conference honors. Missed the opener in '02 vs. Florida A&M with a torn pectoral muscle. Played in the next 11 games and the Fiesta Bowl and recorded 53-13½-7.

Positives: A very good athlete, McDougle has a quick first step, a burst to get by and close on the quarterback and excellent pass-rush potential. Loves to drop inner leg and power through, even against double-team. He uses his hands and arms well, can flatten and come back underneath, plays with leverage vs. the run and can use either power or speed to slip or shed the blocker. Has Hugh Douglas-type explosion.

Negatives: Doesn't have great size or work habits and is probably more compact than most teams would like. His technique, ball awareness and recognition have improved, but he still could use an upgrade. Needs to vary his attack against better offensive tackles who can handle him. Is far less effective vs. the run.

Summary: Can do everything you want him to off the edge, but lacks the great size of a prototypical every-down defensive end. A team will draft him hoping he is a super-Dwight Freeney type.

  7. i got the 5 DVD set and also the Giants Superbowl run DVD... i watch it about once a day.. pop it in and fall asleep on it...

on another note,, anyone wiht the superbowl run DVD notice after Plex caught that winning TD.. when O'Hara went to congra him saying " that was a great catch man".. Plex just knotted his head as in saying" whatever"... i guess they don't like each other...

  8. jsut wow.... he gonna be a surprise of the year for us?? i was watching WARE also. even tho he was running goood.. he is going up against backup players as well... can't say much until i see him in a while regular game.. also.. MOSS... i was shock he even got a pass thrown to him.....

what are you reviews on number 21??.. and t.thomas(USC rookie)?... i fell asleep half way..

  9. I just got my set. I've watched the Tampa game, Dallas and the Superbowl. I'll probably then watch the Green Bay game, back when Brett Favre was their QB.

    Some thoughts so far:

I agree Seph, overall the officiating was solid, but then the best crews work the playoffs so it shows.

Watching Romo get frustrated late in the game was so satisfying. That Dallas offensive line is HUGE!!!!!. I mean there should be another word to describe how huge they are.

    Roy Williams absolutely sucks.

Interesting to hear Aikman during the game state that Patrick Crayton had the best hands of all the Cowboys players. Now you would think he'd say it before Crayton dropped 2 easy catches and a punt return, he said it afterwards!!! :o And I'm not an Aikman hater but that shocked me.

Looking at our defense, I think we are going to miss Kawika Mitchell more than we think. He was so solid in the playoffs and he was one of the few linebackers who never got knocked back when the running backs hit, especially Barber.

And I can't help but think how Steve Smith helped us big time. Nearly all the crucial throws went to him.

great POINT.. i have watched the DVD about 10X... i think we'll have a hard time being as successful this coming up season.. coaches will take SMITH, BOSS more into consideration when comes 3rd and 8.

  10. plus three years of playoff bonuses and a large bonus for Super Bowl win and a ring. You cannot beat that.

Jared Lorenzen could be voted the smartest man alive....... who wouldn't want to be pay half a Mill and bonuses to just stand on the sideline for 16 NFL game and cheer like a little girl?? some of us even paid to do a job like that.. yet we're still on the waitting list.. i'm number 25,846
