  1. All these guys that screw the pooch at this level are complete fucking morons. Vick was one, this guy is another, and I'm sure without much trouble, we could create a long list.

I go back to the argument that these guys are put on pedestals from the time they're really little and it creates individuals who don't simply think they can get away with anything. But more and more, it seems that the players have regressed even further to folks whose conscience and whose general ability to think before they act are so limited that it isn't even a decision anymore. There's no active thought it seems to decide to shoot a guy or not...just the action.

It's truly sad and pathetic, but gets worse every year with high school football on ESPN, with social media parents putting their kids on youtube and facebook, with rating high school prospects, with college recruiting practices, with the announcement of the 'next big star' who's currently finishing up middle school. The pedestal is only getting taller and the ramifications are only going to get worse.

What's more startling than this is that some guys come out with a solid head on their shoulders.

    THIS THIS THIS!!! :WS:

  2.

Christ!!!! These guys can't do anything without getting hurt.

Hynoski underwent an MRI, which revealed an injury to his medial collateral ligament and a chip fracture to the lateral plateau, the Giants said. Dr. Russell Warren will perform the surgery at The Hospital for Special Surgery.

Hynoski said his goal is to return to the field for the season opener on Sept. 8 at Dallas. It is not clear how much of the offseason he will be out.

"I am going to set my mind to being ready for the first game of the regular season," Hynoski said in a statement released by the team. "They said that is not an unrealistic goal, and I will do everything in my power to be ready for the start of the season."

Hynoski suffered the injury on a play behind the line of scrimmage. The 6-foot-1, 266-pound blocking fullback has become a valuable part of the Giants' running game. Tight end Bear Pascoe could play fullback with Hynoski out, but the team also could look to sign a fullback for training camp in July.

  3. Not my cup of tea unfortunately... maybe Rangers in the Finals I'll flip the switch but for now.. I don't see a sport that intentionally allows for fighting in order to create some kind of excitement... Hockey = Soccer on ice

You obviously have no understanding of the sport of hockey.

  4. hahahh yeah how dare he take a picture looking funny.

he was at maxim magazine, presumably doing an interview with them or seomething, and anyone who knows anything about maxim knows hot chicks, models are likely to be around.

maxim posted the picture, probably because of the humor factor of prince.

those are actually two girls known as the bella twins who are pro wrestlers with WWE.

long story short, lighten up francis.

LOL I just watched this the other day. They don't make 'em like that anymore.

  5. I think a smart agent would argue that Cruz has become popular enough where he can get similar endorsements wherever he ends up.

You shut your mouth. He can only get them in NY.

  6. Ralph Vacchiano ‏@RVacchianoNYDN

Mara says Giants have made Cruz "a very substantial offer" that "would make him a very wealthy young man." His agent wants to test market.

You think Cruz would say, "Hey, I want to stay a Giant." but agents brainwash these guys. They are almost as bad as politicians.
