Ahhh a big love joke. The church is actually a little ticked at the show and wants it to show a disclaimer that says it has nothing to do with being LDS, but whatever thats all thats really happened. In my time at DTV I've taken maybe 20 calls from the state of Utah.... I take that many a day from people in the south behind on their bill.

Yeah a couple weeks ago when the Sopranos started it was a little crazy. (BTW I take calls from all over the U.S. so I'm not sure what you meant by area).

Funny story, I get free shit from the movie channels all the time as incentive to pimp their product. HBO gave everyone a black jacket that had the Soprano's logo stitched on it. Unfortunately they appear to be the defects because the seam on the sleeves is inside out and the pockets are all kinds of goofed up.... so if anyone wants a jacket, let me know and I'll sell it to you.

Just local media laws. Different regulation in every country. DirectTV gets pilfered by gleeful Canadians all the time though.

I'm sure it does. Thats why I had a one-hour training on "Fraud and you" last night. Basically letting us know everyway you can rip of DTV and that was one of the ways.

Thats illegal. You can DTV in Alaska or Hawaii, but not in Mexico or Canada. don't ask me why

At least through 2010... Don't expect it to go anywhere either. DTV makes a ass-load of money off it and can pay to keep it exclusive.

I agree, its going to be a blood bath of a division. I would think everyone in the division is going to finish with 7-10 wins.

8 — Washington -- Coming off a bye, Giants are refocused for big game. WIN

15 — at Atlanta -- Michael Shmichael. Osi, Strah and Pierce chase him down all day. WIN

23 — (Monday night) at Dallas -- Dont know if we can stop TO on the road on monday night. LOSE

29 — Tampa Bay -- AP will stop the Cadillac. WIN

 

NOVEMBER

 

5 — Houston -- Still sucks even w/ Reggie. WIN

12 — Chicago -- This is a dangerous team, gonna be one of the NFC best. LOSE

20 — (Monday night) at Jacksonville -- Another good team on the road. LOSE

26 — at Tennessee -- We win by a lot. WIN

 

DECEMBER

 

3 — Dallas -- We take them at home. WIN

10 — at Carolina -- A little payback for last year. WIN

17 — Philadelphia -- Eagles suck. WIN

24 — New Orleans -- This team will be much improved, but not our caliber. WIN

30 — (Saturday) at Washington -- A hot Giants team keeps up the momentum for the playoffs. WIN

 

Giants finish 12-4 and take the NFC east. Playoffs here we come.

Sure - that's it - "technical difficulties" happen to arise as the Arrington rumours are exposed.

I know you just like stirring shit up, but no matter the accuracy of the rumors it generates a lot of traffic to the site, which can only be good. So I doubt he would make technical difficulties. That doesn't even account for the rumors not being started by Eric, and Eric not believing the rumors.

Wow thats a brutal start, lots of great teams. Besides Houston, New Orleans and probably Tennesse lots of tough matchups.

I need some background help and shit. If you can help me find out like who dropped low because of the combine I will look into it. A la Chad Greenway, Anquan Boldin, Fabian Washington (last years 4.27 40), Tom Brady, Ernie Sims great combine, etc.

I'd stay away from guys drafted recently because you can't make an accurate analysis of their career. However if you are looking for guys who rise because of a workout I wouldn't use Fabian Washington, but Stanford Routt who also ran an amazing 40 and went early in the 2nd round where most people had him as a 4th to 5th rounder.

C'mon, I'm hardly an ACC groupie. If anything, as far as football is concerned, I lean towards the SEC.

 

Of course if you're running the draft we likely end up with some guy from the Mountain West. Or is it the Big Sky?

Well we needed a deep threat speed merchant and Carter definitely qualifies. Hopefully he can stay on the field. Our offense definitely performed better when he was active. I'm OK with this signing. It was an awfully weak crop of FA wideouts this year. No sense overspending on a guy with average talent (Cough Randle-El cough cough).
